Family-friendly holiday rentals in Niort

While traveling for a conference in Niort, we stayed 5 days in Fabien's Airbnb. A small haven of peace where we were able to enjoy the pool and the terrace in the evening. The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, 20 minutes from Niort. Fabien is very welcoming and responsive to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend it

We had a wonderful week. Fred and Sabrina could not have made us feel more welcome. Would highly recommend this for a couple looking for a relaxing break close to many areas of interest. Every need was catered for and more and went way beyond our expectations. Very nice people.

We had a great weekend with friends at Roz's. The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels, etc.). Small touches were waiting for us, it's a plus that we really appreciated. The many activities available on site occupied us well, we did not leave the weekend house: pool, jacuzzi, billiards, ping pong, darts, etc. Small dedication to Bob who welcomed us very warmly!

Very nice week with family at Manoir Souhait. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos and described. Very nice pool and hot tub. Numerous deckchairs and impeccable. Everything is neat, you feel very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the foosball and ping pong. The village is very quiet and pretty. Shops are 10 minutes by car. The area is beautiful in the July sun. Geocaching trail (Terra Aventura) with family in Cognac, Aulnay, La Touche de Périgny, St Jean d'Angely - discovering old stones, beautiful Romanesque churches and rivers. Visit to wineries and vineyards (we particularly recommend the Dhiersat house in Rouillac). We recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, family rest. Highly recommended!

Marjorie and Milo's house is perfect. Very pleasant with its small quiet garden, very well equipped, easy to access and close to the services of the city center. Communication with Marjorie is very easy, which makes the arrival very pleasant.

A great little corner of paradise in the quiet countryside! We were able to rest and enjoy the Puy du Fou, which is beautiful and 30 minutes from the rental We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time in a well equipped, pleasant, comfortable, quiet and very well suited for families with dogs (large and perfectly enclosed grounds). We were very well received by our hosts, always available and good advice for walks nearby. Great weekend with the family.

We had a lovely stay. Super well appointed environment ( games for children outside and large indoor games room). We were able to enjoy a canoe ride made available by hosts. The accommodation is very well-equipped.

Perfect stay and very well located 25 min from Puy du Fou. Aurélien is very welcoming. The house is impeccable and well-equipped. The pool is very nice, the children loved it We enjoyed the vegetable garden with its vegetables and raspberries. Aurélien also has a chicken coop from which we were able to get good fresh eggs Go ahead! You'll have a great time relaxing.

We spent 3 days in Annie's accommodation, very nice and being a golfer, very well located for the Rochefort Ocean golf course. Annie is very welcoming and warm. I really recommend her little house.

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday in the 11-person cottage over a weekend For the surprise I had prepared with all our friends, Isabelle helped me and made herself available by phone as well as on site, which allowed a total effect We had a wonderful weekend that will remain unforgettable! The setting around the cottage is exotic and very relaxing, all the comforts available are perfect. We had a fantastic stay with Marc Andre and Chantal! Wonderful accommodation on a spacious property with a private pool, tennis court, and table tennis table. We had great contact with Marc Andre and Chantal, both before and during our stay. They let us borrow their bikes and gave us various tips for sights and restaurants. Absolutely recommended, and if it's on our route again, we would love to return!

We had a good week of vacation at the "loft" of William and his family who made themselves very available: beautiful cottage refurbished, comfortable and with all the necessary amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden, the plancha, the pool and the large living room... (Please note that there are 8 beds but it's more like 5 adult beds + 3 children's beds).

We had a brilliant two weeks at Philippe’s gite. It is located in a charming village with good amenities- bakery/shop, restaurant/bar, public tennis courts and lovely cycle rides and walks right on the doorstep. The weather was hot and sunny and we enjoyed the refreshing pool and outdoor dining areas. Everything has been carefully arranged for the comfort of guests and philippe was welcoming and discreet. Would highly recommend this for a family or group of families to visit. A bit of a drive to sightseeing places but we found lots of nice parks and the little lake nearby was lovely!

Excellent stay in this well-renovated and well-equipped house! Very well located, quiet, this accommodation is ideal for groups of 10 people who want to discover the Rochelaise region!

We just had a great week with our 2 little girls. This cottage is a children's paradise with all the games and toys offered outside and inside. Extremely peaceful. We had a lovely break, staying in a well equipped beautiful Gite in fantastic grounds. The heated pool,games room and garden kept our teenagers entertained. Recommended :)
