The housing situation is quiet. Access with the stairs is not easy but the accommodation was very good and Max was very responsive to my questions. I would recommend the place.

We discovered a real cocoon: a haven of serenity, easily welcoming our moments of conviviality thanks to its bright living room but also offering a well-deserved rest after a busy day of sightseeing! Very good stay at Astrid's. Its 2 apartments are tastefully decorated. Located in a quiet driveway while being very close to the expressway. access with the lockboxes was perfect for late check-in. Astrid was very accommodating and super responsive to our various requests. I would definitely recommend her to future guests. Personal info: we appreciated the relaxation area at the front of the accommodations as well as the veranda (common entrance) it allowed us to move freely between the 2 apartments.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated home. The many amenities are new, nice and functional, the bedding is spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for discovering Niort and the Poitevin marsh. We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation offered by Sandrine, a discreet and charming host.

We visited this accommodation for one night on our way to the south. The accommodation is conveniently located in relation to the highway. The information and photos on the site accurately reflect what you can expect: a nice space with plenty of privacy, a great bed, a bathroom with toilet and a kitchenette. Online contact with the host is very smooth. In short, for us it was a nice location and on the return trip we would like to go there again.

Les Logis is a haven of peace! We felt good in this beautiful environment, surrounded by nature, quiet and well thought out, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin. The renovation is well done: old-fashioned charm with modern comforts. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the exteriors because the blue sky wasn't there, but the terrace and the small pool make you want. Thank you to our hosts for their warm welcome and for their responsiveness:)

Very good accommodation for a young couple or couple in shape because miller's ladder for access to the bedroom. Pleasant and responsive hosts. Shops nearby.

Clean and well arranged apartment. The location is ideal, close to the train station and restaurant, city center within walking distance. Following business trips, this is my third rental at Anne-Laure's, I want to emphasize the tranquility, no noise, perfect for work or rest. It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

We spent a little time of pure relaxation with my spouse. The love room is just beautiful, no details too little or too much. Minimalist and very pleasant. The jacuzzi was well heated to 36 degrees. Everything was perfect and the breakfast very well presented with a great welcome card that made us happy🙃. We are delighted and will come back even if it is not the next door. Emmanuelle is very responsive and available to respond quickly to questions. A lovely and warm person. Thank you for everything! And frankly, everything went very well. (Only small downside there is no Wi-Fi and we did not have too many networks BUT not their faults Free could have done better😂) thank you and good luck to you!
