Monthly Rentals in Nīnole

Great little place in the beautiful forests of the wet side of the big island. Awesome lanai that looks over the waterfall and swimming hole- made it nice to enjoy a meal outside, even in the rain. So relaxing falling asleep to the sound of frogs and the waterfall. (Swimming hole not really accessible for toddlers due to having to get in near the steep rocks of the waterfall). Hosts and caretaker went out their way with recommendations and to help us find the place even when we arrived late. If you want privacy, peace, and tranquility, this is your spot. Zipline was great fun. Thanks Pete, Elizabeth, and Jeff!!

Lovely place! It’s deep in the woods so it’s perfect for us as it’s quiet and away from noise and the crowds. The last ~0.2 mile was a bit rough, but we managed it with a mustang lol. What I enjoyed the most was sitting outside when it was raining. Enjoying the orchestra from nature.

Such a cute home. Very clean and peaceful. Dogs allowed and welcome. We stayed there and drove into Hilo (30min drive) for a dinosaur exhibit, Merrie Monarch festivities, and Akaka falls. We brought food to cook one night and got take out from Hilo the other night. Great kitchen to cook in. My 5yo son loved the BIG shower head!

This is a beautifully located house in the valley, and was a great place to call home for our three night stay. The beds were comfy and we slept well after our day’s adventures. The house is very stocked with spices, condiments, butter, and even bacon and fresh eggs and bread, which was super nice. As well as kitchen items for making meals. We made an entire meal out of the bacon, bread, eggs and fruit Sunday night when everything was closed! There is also sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, etc, which was handy. The pool was also super nice.
