Monthly Rentals in Niedernhausen

The house and location is much prettier than the pictures and it was a pleasant surprise for us. The house is a bit old and can get a bit chilly, but really comfortable and fully equipped even with an Xbox. The communication with Roland was also really easy.

I booked the apartment for two colleagues on business. In the middle of the booking, we had to make a guest change due to illness. Florian was very helpful and relocated everything at short notice. Thank you for this! I have consistently received very good feedback from my colleagues. The apartment itself is very nice! It matches the description and images. Everything was sparkling clean and tidy on arrival and also the equipment of the kitchen is great! Everything you need to prepare a decent meal. Florian was always very easily accessible! Very pleasant stay, quiet and close to nature. I was very well received by Daniel, with clear and practical instructions.

Sebastian offers a beautiful and functionally furnished apartment, in which we felt very comfortable. The pleasantly cool climate was unbeatable (we reached the apartment on a hot day) and the possibility of sitting on the terrace and looking into the greenery. The bed is worth mentioning. In the green surroundings you can hike, the drive to Wiesbaden is short and easy (we drove a car). We'd love to come back for a longer stay.
