Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Newhaven

This is our second time staying at Denise and Henriks airbnb. The home is so welcoming and comfortable and has everything you need for the best stay. The kids had so much fun playing in the backyard and with all the toys and games provided inside. The home was so clean and easy to make yourself at home. The artwork is beautiful too. A short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. Denise and Henrik were very easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything for our stay. We'll be back again next year!

Had a great stay Mykey’s place with the kids, lots of things for them to discover and felt very homely. The spa in the backyard was an added bonus on a cold rainy morning, all in all a great experience and great value in a nice quiet pocket of Phillip Island.

A really lovely home in a beautiful location. Kainen was fantastic as a host - super helpful and really responsive. The house was comfortable, a great size, really private and walking distance to the Cape Tavern and the Zeal and Flow cafe (which had incredible pastries and coffee). I'd absolutely recommend this property for a gorgeous getaway.

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

Pamela was a great host, clear, timely instructions and responses and even left bread, milk and butter for us, along with a bag of wood. Lovely spot, very clean and organised hse and up to date kitchen to make cooking easy. Highly recommend for a winter or summer break

We had a wonderful stay at the Perfect Family Home on Phillip Island! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the main street in Cowes, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and easy beach access nearby. The house had a warm, welcoming feel and really felt like a home away from home, which made traveling with our dog so much easier and more comfortable. Everything was clean, well set up, and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and pet-friendly place to stay on the island!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful and cozy Airbnb! The decor is stylish and welcoming, making it a perfect retreat for a trip to the Mornington Peninsula. It’s also just a short drive to the hot springs, which was a great bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped for a few days’ stay, with a coffee machine and a great tea selection. One small note: it would’ve been helpful to know ahead of time that there were no paper towels or milk provided for making coffee and tea. Overall, a great spot and highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Had a wonderful time property was very spacious lots of room For families with children or group of friends/couples. We really enjoyed our stay it’s a shame weather wasn’t better to enjoy the pool, but we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. Kristen was a great host always responded very quickly and very accommodating. Jim and Louisa’s pod is a perfect private Haven, walking disrance to the beach, beautiful garden for a little dog to run out at the front, and the pod had all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot spa at night looking at the stars is a must. Definitely recommend!

beautiful house for perfect family getaway. kids loved pool/theatre room. adults loved sauna. fireplace nice and homely with lots of wood supplied. short drive to shops/restaurants. would definitely return.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

It's so refreshing to have a host value hospitality like this one. We werenpleasntly suprised by the complimentary chocolates, Turkish delight, wine, home made bread and jams, to the most lovely couple ever. this was an amazing stay. The description and photos undersell it if anything. My partner and I were own our anniversary and we couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended 10/10

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

We had a lovely weekend staying in this fabulous beach shack. The bedding and furniture are hotel standard and the kitchen has everything you would need. I had a strum on the guitar and the kids loved the trampoline. We were so close to the Wooli Tavern where we had dinner when we got in late on Friday. All in all a great stay and would come back again.

Poets Corner was absolutely amazing. Howard had popped the heater on, some lights were on so everything felt so cosy and relaxing. Even the open fire was stacked and ready go which we enjoyed on both nights. The property was beautiful and immaculately presented. The garden was stunning and we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting Howard during our stay and finding out about how the property came to be. Amazing work! We were able to bring our little dog Bonnie who thoroughly enjoyed the stay and surroundings as well. We would definitely come back if we ever head down to Phillip island. Thanks for a lovey stay.

This is a beautiful rustic authentic place to stay, lovingly preserved and restored, in glorious surroundings.

For a visit at the beginning of winter, the house was easy to heat up with aircon and a woodfire. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook for yourself. Good coffee machine, coffee pods and tea selection. Garden a real picture in the late autumn. Shops and ammenities only a 3 minute drive away including a fabulous IGA in the shopping area that stocks all the essentials plus a great selection of gourmet products, wine and artesan breads. In the warmer months, there are lots of outdoor seats and tables around the property that would enable time in the sun. In summary: a comfortable, quiet retreat in all seasons.

We had a wonderful weekend away - such a beautiful spot with lovely views out to the water but still able to be cosy by the fireplace! The house was very clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed! Look forward to staying again in the future :)

We had a fantastic stay at Maria’s home while down in Phillip Island. Maria was extremely proactive I providing us with all of the relevant information to check in and out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, private and warm place to stay!

Tracey & her retreat was amazing! Tracey went above & beyond even offering to provide our choice of milk & bread on arrival. The retreat was serene & peaceful & perfect for our stay.

Lovely spot in surf beach, you can walk to beach and house came with lots. Very clean and well maintained. We had a lovely time and would definitely return to this house.
