Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachside house! The main highlight was definitely the jacuzzi and the beautiful view—such a relaxing combo, especially in the evenings. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the house itself was clean and cozy. The host communicated well and was very responsive, which made things easy. The only minor issues were figuring out the heater and the TV remotes, but overall, it was a great experience. Would happily stay again and recommend to others!

Janine’s house was fabulous for our 2 week stay. Beds are comfortable. Linen was lovely. My absolute Favorite part of the home was the garden and the deck !! We loved sorting out on the deck each night. And the deck and garden are very private with lovely gates that are very easy to use. The house is amazingly well stocked. If we forgot to take anything with us, we usually found what we needed in the cupboards. Such a close little walk to the beach. We have already rebooked this lovely house again. Amelia’s space was so beautiful and felt very homey. It was spotless and felt very clean and well maintained. Super close to the beach, cafes and hot springs but at the same time felt very quiet, peaceful and private. Amelia and her co host were very responsive and fast to reply to any questions we had before as well as during our stay. Such a gorgeous place to stay for a nice getaway ☺️

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.

The place was comfortable and cosy, easy to find and conveniently located. Karen was friendly and responsive, overall it is a lovely condo for anyone looking to stay in Mt Eliza for a few days.

Wonderful place to stay, with easy drive to great restaurants and nice walk to the beach. The outside blockout blinds make for secure, ensconced feeling. Great for maintaining a dark sleeping environment with less road noise. My partner and I loved our stay, and found the apartment easily provided a relaxing environment to unwind in. Also, giant seahorse 👌

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)
