Such an amazing house in a location close to Pendle Hill and Fence Gate Inn and surrounding suburbs. Stayed here once before and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Pristine and has everything you need. Spacious and we enjoyed every part of it. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful long weekend here perfect for long walks with the dog and a good meal at the pub at the end of the day. The house had everything you need, was very homely and relaxing. Simon was very helpful and responsive as a host. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

Just wanted to say we had a wonderful stay for the one night. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The garden is magical, beautiful and very tranquil. Along with the hot tub. Night time we sat in the little gazebo lit up with candles and heated burner. Got to say it was just peaceful. The dogs enjoyed it too, great for them all enclosed. Five paws up. The house was supplied with everything you could ask for. Milk in the fridge, coffee and tea. Fantastic shower and powerful. Along with shower gels and shampoo. Great host, very approachable and kind. In a lovely location and looked like a lovely pub just a short walk away. Will definitely will return soon thank-you.
