Monthly Rentals in Newcastle

We had a great stay at Mayra’s place! The location was very peaceful and quiet, and the amenities matched what was listed. While there were a few minor issues (a lightbulb out, one outlet in a bedroom not working, fans being quite dusty), Mayra communicated well while we were there. Would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay!

This is such a beautiful and well equip space; I’d live there comfortably if I could. - The only knock, which wasn’t the hosts fault, but my car got broken into while parked in their driveway. They have security cameras and one directly pointed at the driveway but she said the camera didn’t record anything, so I had no proof for a police report. Beautiful neighborhood, such a shame there is crime.

Thank you for creating a peaceful place for my in-laws to stay during their trip here from Czech Republic. They were incredibly comfortable and make their stay so much easier.

Valerie has a beautiful, extremely spacious home with a gorgeous backyard in a pleasantly peaceful neighbourhood. We loved how safe and almost secluded the space felt. There were even a couple of deer in the yard to greet us when we arrived! It's a very idyllic space, perfect for retiring after a busy day of running around the city. I would definitely consider staying here again.
