A beautiful apartment fully equipped, warm and very comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in the perfect location for visiting Alnwick. The rooms were spacious and a supermarket was just 2 minutes walk away. As an EV driver I would recommend the rapid Ionity chargers at Cawledge business park 1.8 miles from the property in preference to the ac chargers adjacent to the Malthouse which had a 4 hr time limit and charged at 11 KW max. The owner’s communication was prompt and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Fantastic stay at Ian’s place in Amble, amazing location for everything in Northumberland as well as plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in Amble. Super property for couple or families as well we’re with lots of games and children’s books as well as all the amenities you could need for a long or short stay. Would happily stay here again if we were holidaying in the north east of England again.

Lorna was a great host and made us feel very welcome. She met us at the property and made sure we got in OK and had what we needed, even though she was getting soaked whilst doing so. The property was very well presented and lots of nice touches to make it feel very homely. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

This is a great family Airbnb with an ideal location, walking distance to the beach and Tynemouth high street. Our dogs loved the garden & all of the beach walks I’d throughly recommend a stay here

It is a really nice place to stay, lovely private garden and watching the birds on the bird feeder was amazing, I counted over 10 different species! The beds & pillows were excellent and my daughter & I slept really well. Excellent Airbnb

Me and my partner had the best time here! The home is perfect and gorgeous. It is everything described and more. Sandra is lovely, welcoming and very responsive. Honeymug provided the perfect backdrop for our group of six meeting up to reminisce about college days forty odd years ago! The cottage was comfortable and cosy and the welcome basket of goodies was indeed most welcome! Very comfortable beds to sleep off the long, coastal walks and swims in the indoor pool. We ate in The Bosk on our last evening and enjoyed it very much, having sampled the Friday evening pizzas too! Everyone was a fan of the outdoor jacuzzi, which we booked each evening and whirled away an hour chatting to the various local members we shared it with! Everyone was so friendly and we learned a lot about the area. Highlights were our boat trip to Inner Farne, an afternoon with the Chillingham cattle, and a day spent on the beautiful and peaceful Lindisfarne. We left feeling there was so much else to discover and we'll hope to be back to do just that! Many thanks John!

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

Jamie quickly notified us of a change in amenities so we would be prepared upon arrival. When the oven was not working, he was quick to respond and gave us alternative options. I was concerned and prepared that it might smell and be a bit dirty as I know he allows guests to bring pets but honestly, you would never know any pets stayed there with guests as it was clean and there were no traces. Would happily stay there again or recommend to others.

Sue greeted us at the lodge on atribal and is such a kind hearted person. When she opened the door to let us in, we were blown away at the sheer size of it!! The photos do not do it justice at all - the lodge is one of the biggest we have stayed in with walk in wardrobes in both rooms. An en-suite to the master and a bath in the bathroom!! The decking got sun from mid day through night and it was tucked away in a quiet spot with a grassy area outside - probably in the best spot on the site by far!!! We went with 3 children (1,6 and 11) and were so happy to see there is a cot/high chair/ baby bath/bouncer/toys/books and lots of games for all ages - we could have left half of our stuff at home. The lodge has everything from air fryer to everything you could imagine needing from home. Sue - you have a beautiful lodge and we were grateful for the stay! Any message was responded to quickly and we would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!!! Thank you so much ☺️

Lovely stay in Whitley Bay at Claire’s caravan. On the edge of the park closest to the sea so great views of the coast and lighthouse. We were lucky with the sunsets - they were beautiful! Recommended!

The caravan was beautiful and had absolutely everything we could need. In our opinion this is the best van on the site. The views were beautiful and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Host was extremely quick in replying with any queries. Would recommend.

A lovely property with plenty of space. The listing photos are great but the house is better than the photos provide. Great location for local food, drinks, walks etc.

Lovely cottage with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Everything we needed for a peaceful weekend away exploring Northumberland. Will definitely be returning next summer

The place is extremely quirky and the decor is exactly what we woupd look for. Everything is laid out perfectly and there is every facility you can think of. We just used it as a base to sleep as we soent 2 days exploring Northumberland but this is a super place for a couple, or a family, to spend quality time together Spotlessly clean and quiet surroundings Thanks Doreen

Very lovely & peaceful accommodation.Great outdoor space & a fabulous wood burning hot tub to relax in.Everything was very comfortable.The accommodation was a 5 minute drive into Alnwick & a really good base to explore the whole of Northumberland.There are no shops or pubs within walking distance ,the nearest are in Alnwick.We had a lovely week staying here & exploring the area & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.We will definitely return.Great hosts.

we loved every minute of our stay, the area is beautiful, the town is lovely an peaceful, the site and the caravan were really nice..wish we stayed more! I quite liked the comms style from Christy, proactive and reactive but discrete. Everything was as described and we felt at home from minute 1. Thanks for the amazing memories!

Fantastic location for this well equipped lodge. Tranquil on edge of the reservoir with leisurely walks available and dog friendly too. Enjoyed the catch up with friends at this accommodation and would definitely recommend and visit again. Weather was glorious during our stay which was a bonus!
