Woodland views from your balcony and hot tub

HollyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Our favourite stay yet! From the hamper of locally sourced goods, fresh cut flowers, and star gazing kit, Louise and Phil have thought of it all! This gorgeous barn couldn’t be better equipped, it has everything you need to make it a real ā€˜home from home’. We were pleasantly surprised with just how much space you get when you stay here and how private it is. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and around the fire pit surrounded by the beautiful garden and woodland. The table tennis table and darts board ensures there’s plenty for you to do during typical British shower. Louise and Phil couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, genuinely lovely people and meeting beautiful Alfie was a bonus too!! 🐾 We didn’t want to go home and will definitely be back, thank you!

The Tweed Log Cabin with Hot Tub, Northumberland

JamesRating, 5 stars2 months ago
An excellent, clean property well located for our visit to the Northumberland coast. The site itself was very clean and safe for our grandchildren to play. Vickie was a responsive host who was always quick to answer our questions. The only drawback was poor WiFi and issues with connecting to 4G at times. However this did not spoil our stay one bit. Thank You

The accommodation was as described and is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Lovely outside and garden area in peaceful surroundings. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Warkworth House Cottage

JaniceRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Warkworth was a great base for beautiful beach walks, visiting Warkworth Castle, riverside strolls. Good eateries within a few minutes. The accommodation, although overlooking the hotel parking, was quiet, clean, had a very well equipped kitchen and meant we could walk everywhere we had planned from the door.

Hallington Mill- Idyllic 6 Bedroomed Rural Retreat

KatieRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The photos do not do the place justice - it is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. So much bigger than it looked online too and we had a great stay. The only issue we had was that the hot water stopped working mid way through the day. Elizabeth was super helpful and responsive to the problem but we had to be in Newcastle for early evening so it meant 6 of our party had to have freezing cold showers one day as the water took too long to come back on. Other than that, I can’t fault it. Surroundings are beautiful. So peaceful and yet close to shops, airport (25 mins), a gorgeous spa (matfen hall), and a 35 min minibus to Newcastle. Would recommend to all.

Seabreeze Alnmouth

AnthonyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Apartment was well situated, very close to the shops, restaurants and the local amenities. It was a very easy stroll to the beautiful beach and for those inclined a very enjoyable amble towards Walkworth. Upon arrival there was Prosecco and milk in the fridge and everywhere looked very clean and tidy. The communication was easy as was the access and there were no worries regarding parking as a space was provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to other people - I have no doubt we’ll come back here again.

Hexham Hideaways - Cosy Apartment in Town Centre

LizRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a great stay at Ian’s place for two nights. The home is very comfortable and quiet yet next to the High St in Hexham. There are lots of extras provided in the house that makes it feel like a home. Everything is on one level which makes it an easy stay and there are two good sized bathrooms. Note to enter the main bedroom you must walk through one of the bathrooms. The other room has an ensuite bathroom. Ian is a great host and gave us lots of helpful information about check in etc.

16 St. Michaels Lane, Grade 2* Listed property.

DavidRating, 5 stars3 days ago
House with lovely historical features conveniently located for central Alnwick. Parking very easy at front, as promised. Quiet side street, just a short walk from market square. Morisons supermarket only a 3-4 minute walk away. Peaceful small terrace back garden which gets the afternoon sun. Garden is very much overlooked by house behind although that didn’t really bother us - it was just nice to have an outdoor space. Plentiful hot water.

Sandpiper Cottage - sea views & seconds from beach

MirandaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Great place to stay, a 1-2 minute walk to the beautiful beaches. The house was clean and well equipped and was really spacious, especially downstairs. We appreciated the large sofas and kitchen with good space to sit and eat. The main bedroom had a good, comfy bed and the two single rooms have a view of the sea. Great to have towels, tea towel, washing up stuff and basics like oil and salt/pepper provided. The only thing to note is that there is a high-level frosted window between the bathroom and one of the single bedrooms, meaning that the light from the bathroom shines into that room. The house is opposite the pub but was quiet so didn't really notice. Newbiggin is a lovely place to stay, I'd would definitely stay here again if we visit again.

Sea Glass Suite, outstanding views, free parking

NaomiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Thank you Lynn for a wonderful 4 days at your apartment. Bringing my mum and dad back to Sunderland after years away has been made so much nicer by having a perfect place to say. Communication has been excellent since the day I booked to the day you met us when we arrived. Seeing my parents smiles when we walked in told me I had made the right choice, you were so welcoming and the views from the living room are amazing, everything was fantastic and your advice on where to go for the football was perfect šŸ‘ŒšŸ» Communication has been excellent and it was so good to meet you on our arrival, hopefully we will return in the near future as there are still many places to return to for more reminiscing.
