Rilwan was very kind and his place had everything we needed!

The apartment was spacious, perfect for 1-2 people. The building was easy to navigate to and close to major highways. Street parking was easy to find, although I did have to move my car once or twice to renew the meter.

This stay was close to perfect! We really enjoyed staying here

10/10 Will be coming back if possible

Me and my family checked into the place after a long day of walking and as soon as entered the unit we felt relaxed. there was ample space for the four of us and the place was just cleaned before we arrived. overall the host was responsive and gave us clear instructions and guided us every step of the way. Thank you Andrew !

Channelta’s place was perfect for us, since we didn’t want too stay right in New York. But went there everyday. Being so close too broad street station was great. The place was bright and clean, and was always a nice place to relax after a busy day! Would definitely stay again ☺️

Clean home with all basic needs, in a quiet location close to the train and ferry. The only negative was that there was no TV or living room area in this home. This is a non issue if you plan to be outside more than inside.

David was proactive and had a quick turn around time to help us with everything from checking in to finding all amenities, and helping fix issues really quick.

This is one of the most amazing Airbnb’s in a super convenient location to multiple Path stations. King is a resourceful host, helpful and available for any queries. Would highly recommend this airbnb and would love to return when in NYC!

Really easy to navigate. Central to a lot of things. Really enjoyed going to Birdy’s across the street for a drink at night. Safe and walkable neighborhood. Beautiful space where I felt relaxed and right at home! Bonus points because the bed was so so comfortable:)

We loved our stay in Helen’s apartment. Location - just far enough away from Times Square - but within walking distance. Lots of amenities close by. The apartment is so very comfortable.

Great location, and spotlessly clean! The bedrooms get abit of noise from the street. Might bother you if you’re a light sleeper.

This was such a nice stay. It was a great stay because the space was more than enough to accommodate my wife and I along with our daughter, as well as my mother in law and sister in law. It was close to grocery shopping so we were able to cook for ourselves. Plus the train to take us to New York wa literally a half block away! This is where we:lol stay ANYTIME we come to the NYC area.

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

Family vacation with 18 people and both units accommodated us! Lots of kitchen supplies available to have meals for all of us. Close to American Dream mall where we spent 2 days between Nickelodeon Universal park and Dreamworks waterpark. Also had some good time shopping!

Stay was fantastic. Our 3 generations of family felt very comfortable in this spacious, beautiful, clean home with lots to do within walking distance AND close proximity to public transportation. The picky grannies loved it, the toddlers loved it. The moms loved the no-fuss check out process. If you're planning on using the washer and dryer, just confirm that maintenance has fixed the machines. Otherwise, the stay was perfect and 10/10 we would stay here again!

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again

My family and I enjoyed a beautiful stay here. The location was very convenient. A 10 minute drive to the train station and a 30 minute drive to American dream Mall. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book this home in the future.
