If you’re staying in NJ local and have a car or in Elizabeth proper, look no further than this listing. Peaceful neighborhood with a gate. Beautiful and comfortable rooms kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked on utensils, bathroom with all amenities, and the bed mattress is heavenly. Everything matches so it’s a great vibe. These are by no means detractors but honest feedback for the host who can make this A+ listing an A++. 1) need a table to eat / work on comfortably! having only the ottoman was worrying with a carpet where drinks or food can stain underneath it if spilled 2) separation between floors could be more clear. Guests upstairs tried to open our (locked) door from the interior one night. No big deal 3) living room AC unit drips water onto the window sill / marble table / electric outlets. we put a towel to catch all the water throughout our trip but seems the unit condenses easily even when it’s hot or cold outside and it’s not on

I actually didn't get a chance to stay at this lovely apartment . family issues forced me to not be able to go . it was too late to cancel with Air bnb. the host and I will work setting out the next time I decide to stay. the host was very responsive

. Everything was absolutely amazing—down to the secure garage, the secure doors, Every single person in our group kept saying how beautiful everything looked! His home truly made our trip even more special. We appreciate his hospitality and hope to stay again in the future!

The stay was absolutely perfect for me. I had no problems at all during check-in and during my stay. The location is in an area where anything you might need for a trip is a walk away, so perfectly as described. Almost made me feel like I moved to Jersey lol. The rooms were clean, there was some chocolate and chips provided, even a toothbrush and toothpaste which was very thoughtful. Overall 10/10. No complaints. I’ve promised myself the next time I visit, it has to be this place.

My partner and I stayed here for a quick staycation, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed to unwind without going too far from the city. It felt like a little retreat right in our own backyard. Communication with the hosts was great — they were responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their attentiveness and how easy they made everything from check-in to check-out. We actually loved it so much, we already booked our next staycation! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, well-hosted space close to home.

Easily by far one of my best Airbnb experiences, if not the best one. The apartment is spacious , clean, quiet in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. I will come back whenever possible. Oladipo is a great host, responsive and great with communication. Thank you for hosting.

We loved our stay at Odete's apartment. It was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Odete was lovely to deal with and reached out to us to see if everything was going well for us. The apartment is in a great location, with good transportation to NYC. There are some fantastic restaurants and a large grocery store within walking distance. I would highly recommend Odete's apartment and we really hope to stay there again some day x

Julias place is modern, nothing fancy but sufficient, good layout with several individual rooms, good bathroom, and enough space. Julia was super friendly and responded promptly. The area is mostly quiet and there is a lot of parking space, however, the house itself has seen better days and in the general neighborhood there are multiple houses that are equally unwelcoming. NYC is pretty far, it took us over 1 hour each way.

Our stay at Ryan’s place was fantastic! Everything was exactly as described, clean and tidy, and ready to go for when we arrived. Ryan was very responsive and willing to accommodate all our needs. We felt comfortable contacting him for all of our needs and found him genuinely welcoming and helpful! The place was conveniently located with easy access to transit, and less than a 45-minute journey door-to-door to Times Square. We had no issues reaching Newark Penn Station just a short drive away, as well as supermarkets, liquor stores and bodegas within walking distance. We would highly recommend Ryan’s place to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home just outside of NYC!

the inside was wonderful! very clean, very good instructions when going in, felt safe! There was everything you could think of when staying here, everything you may have forgotten you will find ! Elma was very helpful when suggesting things for us to do and very helpful when asking questions! the parking situation was a bit of a challenge but you get used to it after a while ! thanks for the beautiful place Elma !

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.
