Holiday rentals with a sauna in New Zealand

Amazing studio with gorgeous view! Would definitely stay here again in future. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, walkable to harbor. Roz and Nick were super friendly and made our stay here unforgettable!

Ethan was a great host and the place was nice. He was very responsive. Had everything we needed for the week and a short walk to the CBD.

I stay at the heritage frequently but this has been the best stay ive had. Bed was comfy, linen was perfect, tidy etc and enough towels also. Was very quiet on our floor. Would definitely stay here again

Clean, quiet and well presented. Hosts were responsive and provided proactive communication throughout our stay. Only downsides were that the windows look directly into the neighbouring rooms as the building is designed as a square, not a big deal as there were sheer privacy curtains installed but worth noting, and no sink for drinking water other than the bathroom sink. Overall, this room was good value for money and we would stay here again.

Great location in Viaduct Harbour. Our hosts met us to help with check in. The studio has a partition between the bed and seating area which helps make the space feel more like a small 1 bed apartment. The building has a gym and pool which was useful in bad weather. A highlight was eating at the nearby Auckland Fish Market.

Shannon is a great host who is very prompt in responding. Her place is spotless with all the amenities listed. Location is perfect as touristy spots like Queen Street and Sky Tower are just down the road and there are many restaurants, grocery stores and convenience stores nearby. We walked a lot during our stay here as everything we needed is a short walk away. Very safe and clean streets too. Check in and out process was easy too through lockbox.

Great flat in the central business district with everything I needed to feel like home away from home for a 2 week stay. Chantal was extremely responsive and took the time to show me around the amenities of the place. Very comfortable. Great nespresso machine with pods to start my first morning coffee! Right across the street from a small grocery and good lunch spots. Quick walk to great dinner and ferries. Thank you for being a fantastic hostess!

Excellent room! Very clean and cozy. It was great having a tea kettle in the room and tea offered by the host! Great place to stay for the night!

Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend and use again! Clean, tidy, definitely felt like home had everything we needed! Nice quality linen, comfortable furnishings. Love that there was a full bottle of milk to make delicious coffees (supplied) in the morning. Great views and fantastic location especially if you’re wanting to hit town! Cool to be able to use the pool facilities while staying. Love the touch of kids books for bedtime. All round great stay!

Louise’s place was fantastic - even better than the photos! It was spotlessly clean, had a beautiful view of the lake, and included thoughtful touches like free condiments. A very comfortable and welcoming stay. Highly recommended!

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

I have no hesitations recommending this place. You won’t be disappointed. We had an incredible stay. The location and facilities are second to none. Parking to apartment in just 1 minute and it is all covered and easily accessed by lift. The apartment is spacious and well stocked with everything you’ll need. Two bathrooms was a massive bonus as was the washer/dryer to keep on top of washing. The pool, spa, and sauna were the highlight for our kids and we spent a lot of time there. The city and viaduct areas are walkable or grab a scooter and save your legs. The supermarket just across the road was so handy. Although it was raining for a lot of our stay the view from the apartment is amazing. In the summer having dinner and drinks on the balcony would be incredible. Comfortably slept four of us and we never felt crowded in the living room. This place is a credit to Linley and we’ll be looking this place up when we come for another break, concerts, or sports events.

My sister and I had such an amazing stay at Shasha’s home. It had everything we needed, it was fully equipped and so close to everything, right in the city! The mornings and evenings were peaceful and it was exceptionally clean and tidy. Will definitely love to come again!

A beautiful private home that is exceptionally designed, appointed, and decorated. Stunning and kept grounds, and absolute quiet at night. Cannot recommend enough.

Just the perfect lil cozy spot for Rest and Rejuvenate! To Release and Relieve stress. Very peaceful, quiet and private with amazing views both sunrise and sunset, fully recommend to any couple needing a lil getaway from the city life. Nikki was a really amazing host and very proactive to interact with during our stay.

This is one of the best places we’ve stayed as a family. We were so grateful to be able to bring our doggo. Everything was amazing, spa, sauna, space, kitchen, heating everything. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay here. Katie and Dan were friendly and responsive. The home was exactly as pictured and described and perfect for both the kids and adults. Securely gated and tranquil, we felt relaxed the entire time. The sauna was the icing on the cake. Such a nice add on to the mid century home. We stayed in winter and with heaters in every room plus a wood fire our stay was super cozy and comfortable. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic Mum's weekend away!! The house and amenities were perfect for what were needed. The spa and sauna were both so awesome and relaxing. Natasha was a great host and the ability to have early check-in and late check-out helped us make the most of our time! The house was lovely and clean with everything we needed. I will be back again, just looking at dates with another group of friends!

Wonderful spot with fantastic views. We had a very chill and enjoyable stay! Be aware that to get to the beach from the house you have to climb over a small wall of tyres. Easy enough for the able-bodied. Paekākāriki town centre is a 5 min walk if you want coffee etc. We sat on the deck and watched the sun set over the ocean - marvellous.

Amazing stay, highly recommend to all. The place is stunning and we enjoyed every minute there.
