The location was perfect for our stay. Sonya let us know that the apartment was ready for us earlier than the ti.e we were told. Sonya offered to turn on the heat pump before we arrived . The apartment was homely and we lived our stay . We certainly will be telling others about our stay. We will be back for another visit and certainly will be keen on staying here again. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment was homely.

I loved staying here so much. So beautiful, right on the beach, can't ask for better than that. The view from the deck and inside was so nice. You can hear the waves inside the unit. The cable bay store is very close. Such a lovely place in the far north. I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful house in a great location with plenty of rooms for a party of six people. Suzie was responsive to all our requests and queries; she was an excellent host.

We felt instantly at home as Russel welcomed us personally. The property is designed, built, furnished and fitted out to a very high standard and is in a nice quiet location. Loved the woodburning stove. Wish we could have stayed longer

The place is beautifully furnished. The fireplace heats up the entire living space, which retains heat very well! The hosts have quirky, cool style. It features great views, lots of space for a dog. Short walk by the stream to the beach. I would say it's even better in person than in the pictures!

Great stay! Everything you could need. Beautiful house and it felt brand new. You can tell they put a lot of care into their renovations. Everything was super clean and worked well. Nice shower products. Wish it was warmer outside so that we could enjoy the lovely yard and outdoor furniture! But alas, we were nice and cozy inside and the heater worked well. Loved the thought that went into providing extra cozy blankets too. Would stay here again. :)

Staying at this place by Lake Tekapo was an absolute joy! The moment we stepped in, the cozy and well - lit living space made us feel right at home. The layout is smart, with a comfortable seating area to relax after a day of exploring and a dining spot that’s perfect for sharing meals. The view through the sliding doors is lovely, letting in plenty of natural light and giving a peek of the peaceful surroundings. The furniture is not only stylish but also super comfy – that leather sofa was my go - to for unwinding. Check - in and check - out were a breeze, and the host, Book Tekapo, was responsive and helpful. The cleanlines s of the place was top - notch too. It’s a perfect base for anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Lake Tekapo. We’ll definitely be back! 5 stars without a doubt!

The home was perfect in every way. Close enough to the town center, yet far enough way to allow quite, privacy and beautiful sun rises! Not far from Aoraki/Mt. Cook National park and good Salmon for dinner! We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at harakeke villa. The surroundings were just what we needed to relax and unwind. The Airbnb was clean and more than welcoming for us. The bed comfy and the mountain views from our room amazing. Im glad there was no wifi , so we could take a break from all the netflix browsing. We did the kanuka trail walk thats on their property and it felt so satisfying. Sheryn was kind to give us a pedestal fan to use as it helped us sleep better in the night. We are glad we chose Ngunguru for our anniversary getaway and a stay in a beautiful serene slice of paradise. Thank you Sheryn for hosting us and making it special.

What can I say beautiful home in a n idyllic place, the amenities at Jillian’s were great, the games room catered for the kids well . Walking distance to beach and cafe was a bonus. Would highly recommend 😊

We enjoyed our short stay. Had everything we needed to get through the rainy weather. Definitely recommend it to others who want a sweet romantic stay. Home cinema was our highlight!

A homely little cottage with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The heat pump was effective in warming the space in the chilly weather. Such a beautiful view and relatively private. I highly recommend doing the Huriawa Pā Walk out on the spit if the weather is dry.
