Monthly Rentals in New Springfield

This quiet country home is just what we needed for our visit. The house sets back off the road, it was easy to find/identify. The description/photos of the home and amenities were everything that was promised. Our family traveled with dog(s) and a young child. The home was both pet friendly and school age child friendly, solid wood stair case and sharp edges around fireplace/furniture may pose more of a risk for smaller children. The beds and linens were CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. Top 5 most comfortable beds besides my own. Extra linens galore. Towels provided for hot tub, towels/wash clothes for bathing, towels to wipe dogs paws, throws to cover furniture for pet protection, etc. Rochelle is friendly and quick to respond. We needed to modify our reservation and she was more than accommodating. I highly recommend this home if staying in the area.

The home was spotless, well-decorated, and welcoming. The kitchen was more well-supplied than many other places I’ve stayed, which was nice. The outdoor spaces on the front porch and fire pit were also a lovely bonus. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, water was hot, everything was good! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying near Youngstown.

What an awesome place to stay. Kevin is very responsive and answered our questions in advance. The house is extremely clean and has all amenities needed for a great stay. The outdoors were perfect for relaxing. Where else can you drive a Model T golf cart? We will be back.

Adam’s place was spotless and had stunning decor. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
