Monthly Rentals in New Llano

We were visiting children and grandkids, this place was a great rest spot! we needed it!

Beautiful place with everything you need. This place was exactly what I needed for my 1 night stay to visit Fort Polk. Hotels in this area looked very sketchy, so when I came a cross this modern/simplistic place I knew it was for me! I felt like I could live there. The trains are very close and pass by all day/night long. I luckily came prepared with some noise cancelling items and was able to sleep just fine. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area.

I love this place! Definitely a home away from home. All the amenities you need for your stay. Olivia is a great host who reached out to make sure everything was going well. Beautiful surroundings and a very quiet place. Hopefully this place will be available on my next visit!!!

It was a blessing that this was available as it was in the best location for our travel and made it easier to attend the funeral for a dear friend of me and my buddies. I would recommend this to others needing a spot to stop during travel or visiting DeRidder.
