Great stay in Stony Creek Village with a view of Long Island Sound and short walk to the pier, Stony Creek Market (breakfast & lunch). I used the Library and went to services at the Stony Creek Congregational Church. Overall, a nice experience.

Great place; wonderful 2 bed place, clean, cosy and top end, one of the nicer places I've stayed. Alison was super easy to communicate with and the location was great for a Christmas break. Was very happy with everything!

Jeannette was there to greet us and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. She even provided breakfast. Her place was immaculate. The location was amazing. She made our departure very easy. We are looking forward to staying there again. If you looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

Nathan’s a great host and he provided a great welcome pack. Great home for my wife and I and adult son. Plenty of space and walkable to coffee shops and river. Awesome communication and offered a very helpful relaxed late check out at no cost. Totally recommend this host and this property

Great little spot. This rental has everything you need. Forget something-they got it. Very clean and modern with thoughtful touches. Had an extended stay here and extended for longer. 1 bedroom with loft that owner made into another bedroom for me. Loved it. Great deck, stunning lake view from all the windows. Owner very responsive to any needs. 100 percent recommend. Neighborhood lovely and quiet. Amazing respite.

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

This is our second time staying at this property. Four of us were visiting people in the area and The Millhouse is a great location to explore the area, with nice places to eat only steps away on Chester Center Main Street. The stream-side location makes it a very unique experience and the interior of the property is very nicely decorated and maintained.

I had an excellent stay! Andy is responsive and accommodating. The space is lovely and as described , clean, and comfortable, tastefully decorated and stocked with starters needed for an easy stay, …. Example, dish soap, salt, pepper, bathroom supplies.

Had a great stay over Christmas Holiday with family. House was big, convenient, clean and easy to get into. Great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

The Boulder Lake House was absolutely beautiful. The photos do not do the home justice. They have everything you can possibly need inside and it was immaculately clean! We traveled with our 2 & 4 year olds who are very particular about things & they loved the house. Made themselves right at home. The amenities were endless and the kitchen was a treasure to use; we ate home for every meal. We had an issue with the deck door & owner was at the house within 20 minutes to help. Very respectful & helpful. I would definitely reserve this house in the future.

We were in town for a family wedding. Home is beautifully appointed, spotless and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable and my family loved the area beaches and neighborhood. Neighbors were also very welcoming. First time renting an air B&B and we absolutely loved this home. Would highly recommend beautiful and serene views from third floor balcony.

We enjoyed a great long weekend during my son’s graduation. The house is an easy drive from New Haven (15 min tops, maybe less) but feels far away. The location on the sound is lovely - nice views, easy swimming, sea breeze. And we had plenty of room for grandparents and siblings - really an ideal spot for a multigenerational grad weekend. Other comments have mentioned the flight path to Tweed airport. It’s definitely noticeable when planes take off or land, but it’s a small airport so we only had a handful of departures / landings each day - for us at least it was not a big deal at all.

Great location with private beach access. Cozy 2-bedroom slept our family of 4 comfortably. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure, and large yard out back. I’m originally from Branford and we visit my parents regularly. Will definitely keep Abigail’s home in mind for future visits!

Came with a few friends and we were all so amazed at how beautiful the house was. Very clean and the views were breathtaking. The pool was perfect and everything was just so amazing the whole weekend. Meaghan was very responsive when answering questions and flexible. Perfect host.. Highly recommend!!!

Great weekend! The house is located, right on the water. The layout is perfect for our group, 4 kids 6 and under, parents and grandparents. We would stay here again.

Stay was great and the place was very clean

Had an amazing stay in Greenport. The condo was exactly as listed, extremely clean and has a ton of amenities. Tom communicated from when the reservation was booked until the end, he was readily available, answered quickly and gave tons of informations. The location is ideal with the private beach and pool and a quick 5 minute drive into town. The condo offers a great little kitchen, a wonderful balcony with a water view and an unbeatable sunset and all the amenities you need for your stay. Pool towels are provided, plenty of bathroom towels, there’s a coffee machine, 3 tvs, a variety of dishware and there’s coin operated laundry in the basement. The staff that works the grounds and property are also super friendly. The town of Greenport and other surrounding towns are all close, you have endless options for vineyards in close vicinity and there’s tons of amazing restaurants within a 5-15 minute car ride. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

Mia’s place is excellent. Exactly what the listing describes and more — Mia is a great host and super attentive despite us being a last minute booking, she even helped us through a tough time late in the day when I thought my daughter’s stuffie had been picked up by the maid service. Above and beyond!
