We will definitely stay here again. The apartment is pristine and decorated perfectly. We played records on the antique player and relaxed on the deck overlooking the Mystic River. Bed is very comfortable. Big roomy bathroom with a soaking bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Didn’t miss a TV. Assigned parking is a HUGE bonus. Aiden was great and polite and answered all of my questions promptly.

Phillip and Jennifer were extremely kind and gracious hosts. The setting is beautiful, with easy walks to the shoreline, shops, restaurants, etc. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, and perfect for an individual with work responsibilities who also wants a beautiful, peaceful location. I plan to be back!

Great place; wonderful 2 bed place, clean, cosy and top end, one of the nicer places I've stayed. Alison was super easy to communicate with and the location was great for a Christmas break. Was very happy with everything!

Nathan’s a great host and he provided a great welcome pack. Great home for my wife and I and adult son. Plenty of space and walkable to coffee shops and river. Awesome communication and offered a very helpful relaxed late check out at no cost. Totally recommend this host and this property

We had such a fun and memorable stay at this unique home! The layout was so interesting ,with a spiral staircase leading up to the attic, where there were two cozy rooms and a small library that we absolutely loved exploring. It added such a charming touch to the whole experience. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views of the beach were absolutely beautiful …waking up to that was such a treat! The owner was lovely -very pleasant, helpful, and gave us some great recommendations on things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a one-of-a-kind house, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!

Our stay at this lovely Mystic apartment was nothing short of perfect. The location near the river made for a peaceful and scenic escape, and it was just a short walk to everything—shops, restaurants, and the mystic drawbridge. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with charming coastal touches. I especially loved enjoying my morning coffee on the front porch. We took the kayaks out for a paddle right from the end of the street from property—such a peaceful way to experience the Mystic River!

We were recently in town to visit family, staying at Traci’s made our visit enjoyable and relaxing. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean with a comfortable bed and a peaceful view of the brook. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, thank you Traci!

This is our second visit in the Recycle House. It’s such a lovely oasis. We love all the unique touches and creative uses of materials throughout the house. The location just steps from the charming town of Chester could not be better. The perfect CT weekend getaway!

I have stayed at lots of places in the last few years . . . and this place ranks right at the top. It is beyond beautiful. The charming house is in the most beautiful settings - tall trees with a creek running through. So peaceful! Secluded, but a short drive to cute shops and restaurants.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing stay! The house is stunningly gorgeous—even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun getaway. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. I went there to relax and to see and hear the ocean... it didn't disappoint... Not only sand and ocean waves, but I got a birds-eye view of a small members only marina (dealing mostly in sailboats). Plus the added enjoyment of watch boat traffic since we're close to NY and the islands. Plenty of beach to play on and constant sm wave action. Lots of restaurants, stores and Costco all within 15 minutes of the house if you need something. I would definitely return to enjoy this sanctuary. Sandy Y. Manchester CT

We enjoyed our stay at Jill and Elia’s. It lived up to its positive reviews - very clean, well-appointed and they included special touches that we appreciated and made us smile. We would certainly stay again.

This spot right on the lake was sweet and perfect for our trip. We were in town for a wedding - the room with bunk beds was perfect for us to set up a crib and would be great for older kids.

This was a great place to reset. I will say, don't get intimidated when you 1st walk in. The floors are a bit wonky and the walls are very thin. But I never felt more at home than when I saw my space. The neighbors were so friendly and the walk to the beach was about a block. Though it was cold we truly enjoyed the beach. And walked down there multiple times a day. There is also a gas station and convenience store 3min driving and very walkable.

We considered staying at Mohegan Sun for our weekend event there, but we are so glad we chose to stay here instead. It was a peaceful little escape! Taylor thought of everything and we never ran into any issues. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a pleasant time at Peter's place. He was a great host and was very responsive. It was just what we needed for some rest and relaxation on the beach after a week of hiking in the white mountains. Would definitely stay here again!
