Monthly Rentals in New Delhi

Whilst Aashwin’s place is more pricey than others the location is very good and standards were where you’d expect anywhere globally. Very polite and responsive and the extra thoughtful touches in terms of snacks provided were a nice touch. Agree with some other reviews that bathrooms could do with some TLC (kitchen cabinets too) but comparative to others in Delhi it’s not out of keeping but was clean (not all of Delhi is). A slightly interesting entrance and no lift made it tricky with baggage but once inside felt safe and was relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Good for a new visitor to Delhi anting to be near restaurants and Deer Park but also good for frequent travelling /someone needing to be in the south Delhi area.

Snigdha is a great host, she was helpful and attentive to all our needs. She has maintained the place as shown and is a great place to stay for family and single alike. hope to visit again soon
