Holiday rentals with a fireplace in New Delhi

Nitesh was a great host. He took care of our every tiny requests. The place we stayed in had a great balcony and caretaker in the apartment were great too.

I have stayed at divya's place for one night for a birthday party with my 10 friends. It was a amazing stay. The hall was very spacious and comfy for everyone. The surroundings of that place are quite and peaceful. They have all ameneties which they have mentioned. The pool was awesome in this time of hot summer. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean and can have upto 10-16 persons easily. Divya is a great and responsive host. The garden is beautiful and they have nice parking space also. Special mention to caretaker Kishan + 1 they both are very helpful and responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and my birthday becomes memorable. Looking forward to stay again.

The stay was was wonderful. The host and the staff was super helpful and easy to contact with also the place was extremely hygienic and comfortable. The surrounding and ambiance was great. Check in and out was easy and non hectic. Overall it was a great and amazing experience. Will be looking forward to book and stay again.

Host is very good. helpful . But not recommended for 5 people family where 2 of them are senior citizen. 2 people have to sleep in drawing cum daining room. suitable for 3 people family. But location is very good. property is specious.

Nitin's outer space is commendable! Looks the same as the pictures and description given below. Finding this place was easy and convenient. Great party place. Also, caretaker sushil bhai has been wonderful throughout. Rooms were spacious. All in all a great investment for birthdays and surprises.

My go-to place to stay in Delhi. Can see only green by the large windows, and its super spacious for the price. Sagar is super responsive and has made it very very cozy to stay in. Interiors are very well done and the maid is very regular to help keep it speck clean. And there’s a great Fitpass gym less than 5 min walk away. Just a couple of things: it can get a little warm near the windows on hot days since AC is in the room, and there’s no microwave. But the kitchen is awesomely equipped otherwise and the large fridge and gas stove are a blessing.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed — including reliable Wi-Fi and great air conditioning, which was a big plus in the Delhi heat. The location was ideal, with easy access to local markets, shops, and public transport. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available for any questions and offering great local recommendations. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. It gave an amazing vibe! A good bed and nice bathroom. Abhinav is a great host and there when you need him. We had a great time. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

The 1bhk is good sized. The kitchen is very good and easy to use. Zomato and swiggy deliver to the location. Ideal for a party or gathering. Sahil is very proactive and goes out of his way to help. The location is nice and quaint, not too much noise. There is a common verandah outside, where you can stand or sit comfortably. Ample sitting. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage.

The place is nice and justifies the name "The Art Kothi" Helpers appointed also helps you whenever needed. My team and I enjoyed our time spent there and would recommend the place.

This Listing is Very near to H.Nizamuddin railway station and is right adjacent to main road in Kalindi colony. The property is well managed and the staff are friendly. My family had good stay and had all help that is needed though language is an issue. Abhinav is very quick in responding and promises good care of his guests. Must pick for large group.

The villa was exactly as we had seen in the pictures. The stay was good we really enjoyed the space and there were no interruptions whatsoever!

Karthick and his parents are really wonderful hosts. They are very Responsive and helpful. The stay for 6 days was an amazing experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was prim and proper. Dirty shoes and cheesy smiles has the best interiors I have ever seen hosted on Airbnb The location was easy to find and has a wonderful market nearby The area is very serene and calm, free from the buzz of the city. Definitely a solid 5 stars from my end Will definitely choose again when I come Delhi.
