Apartment holiday rentals in New Bern

This is a great little place! The location was great. I admit I would have like a better view out the window, but all I had to do was take a few steps to see the water. Shirt walk to the ocean, nice pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a treat to walk into the l9ft and feel at home. Christi responded within 20 minutes when I had a question. A pleasant surprise to see fireflies and little lizards (chameleon?). Not to mention the squirrels. I loved seeing the tall bamboo in the backyard.

To start I saw another review upset the view of the ocean wasn’t accurate. I’d like to say it’s totally completely visable and so nice to sit and drink coffee on and listen to the waves in the morning and evening. We will be booking here again! It was spotless and spacious! Loved the amount of beds and TVs for down time with kiddos. The balcony was so fun to hang out on! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach! Showers down at beach! Pool was SO cute love that the normal pool and kiddie pool are RIGHT beside each other. The kiddie pool is fenced seperate which as a mom of multiple is 🙌🏼 HUGE!! Close to fort Macon and cool shops! Very close to coffee, food lion bojangles and Walmart is only 18 min away! Splash pad very close as well!No elevator but the steps keep ya in shape and the kids loved going up and down them and up and down the hallways. No noisy neighbors very well kept up place! Loved the minimalist feel with decor kept it feeling very spacious! 2 full bathrooms! Easy clean up

Stayed here with a couple girlfriends for a ladies getaway trip. The place was clean and comfortable. It was wonderful being so close to the beach! The tiki bar across the street was an awesome addition and gave us something fun to do in the evening. The only note is that the lock on the front door was a bit finicky and you have to turn the door handle upwards to open it - took us a minute to figure that out haha!

Fantastic stay! Fantastic, relaxing setting.... we loved the view of the water. There were some cute Easter decorations inside. The two dogs that live there are amazing! We missed our dogs so much and loved that theirs came to visit! Perfect stay for our family!

This was our second time staying here and we would definitely book again! Hosts are very communicative. Condo was clean. Love the location!

I can’t say enough good things about the condo! If the beautiful scenery and private access to the beach weren’t enough, Megan’s use of limited space never made the condo feel crowded and it was fully stocked with anything you could need! She answered all of my questions (there were quite a few lol!) and she was so kind! It was truly an amazing destination for our first family vacation! A beautiful island, lots of shells, a quiet beach, and I already miss my morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves.

My husband needed a place to stay in the area for work. Since he was going to be there for a couple of months, a hotel or motel would not have been ideal. When I reached out to Jeannie for advice she was wonderful. She walked me through the process and was extremely helpful and friendly. Her cottage was perfect for him with plenty of room, a big kitchen, and beautifully decorated. Jeannie was very responsive when I had questions, and would check in periodically to make sure that he had everything he needed. The cottage was fully equipped with everything that you would need, and she even had beach supplies. I mentioned that he was looking for a small BBQ grill while he was there, and she messaged back that they had one and would deliver it that evening! She also offered advice on great restaurants and places to go, and many places were within walking distance. I would highly recommend Jeannie's place.

This was our 2nd year staying at one of Erica and Wayne’s listing. Fully stocked kitchen, ocean view from the balcony and the pool were all great! It was a great space for our group of 7.

Great location, 2 streets away from the beach which saves on trying to find parking at the Circle. The place was very clean. The living room and one bedroom had a window unit but both of these kept the place very comfortable. The WiFi went out during our stay and Deborah kept us updated on the status. Deborah is a very welcoming host.

We had a great stay at Zach’s condo. We had a relaxing week. We felt at home and were sad to go. Zach was an amazing host. He responds quickly. The sun shades were broken and he had a brand new one to us in a couple hours. He made our vacation very easy. The condo has everything you need from adults to kiddos. We will be back for sure!

The place was small and cozy. A short distance of a walk to the beach. It’s close to some stores and restaurants. Overall I would absolutely come back again.

We were thrilled with our recent stay at Sarah Lynn’s! Everything was clean and as described! She was responsive to the few questions we had and had recommendations for just about everything we could want or need while we were there! With the beach being so close, and a beautiful drive to local ice cream, groceries, and souvenirs within just minutes, we could not have been happier! We hope to be back!

Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as pictured. Quiet area to be so close to town. Loved the privacy of the hot tub. Water pressure is not the best but still ok. Will definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed at a number of condos at Ocean Club, and this was our favorite one on the inside. It was so nice to have aesthetically beautiful surroundings both outside and inside. We had never stayed on the lowest floor before, and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the view of the ocean was. There is a clear view of waves over the dunes. The beds were comfortable, and we just really appreciated how pretty and classy the decor was. Sometimes beach places are tacky, but this one feels like a lovely home you want to be in and look at. Amy was very responsive and even let us make a last minute extension on our reservation since there was availability. We had a truly wonderful time!

This place is a hidden gem, tucked in a private location in Emerald Isle. My boyfriend and I were looking a place with privacy and beautiful scenery with fishing. The apartment was very nice, clean and stocked with basic supplies for our stay. The outside area was awesome, with the hammock swings and hot tub. Laura was wonderful, met us as soon as we arrived and gave us an overview of the place, and respected our privacy during our stay. But conversed with us briefly when we crossed paths. She messaged us to check in, and was very responsive with questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be back in the future and I’d recommend this place to anyone!

This is our 2nd time staying here in this particular condo. We love Sands Villas and Jeanne’s places is always so wonderful. We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay. First visit on the Carolina Coast, beautiful country. We found lots to do to keep busy. The location of the property is great for low traffic and low stress. Just as described with the extras you would need for a day at the beach. Highly recommended…. Hope to return.

We love the Summer Winds property! We have been visiting for 15 years or so now. They have multiple pools, including an indoor pool and hot tubs. The condo itself is fantastic. It had all we needed for the week. Perfect for our family of six. Looks as if flooring was updated recently. Brittany, the host was fantastic to work with. Very responsive during the entire process of renting and the trip itself. Although we didn’t need anything. I have nothing but great things to say about her management of the condo. Also The unit is just a few steps to the beach. The beach and property is nice to walk. As a someone who enjoys fishing, it being close to the steps is good for not having to carry gear so far. My kids love it here and we have made good friends with others who rent the same week as us. Great place and we plan to come back. Thank you so much for the great place to stay!
