You will not forget your stay at the River Watch Retreat, and will want to tell your friends. This beautiful cabin offers a full NW view of the Carolina Blue Sky and setting sun on ENC's Trent River. Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful, bright and airy historic home centrally located in downtown New Bern with a Waterview, a white picket fence back yard for your dogs to run around in, and parking big enough for trailer, boat, or U-Haul. Use our bikes and take a ride or walk along the river to all the restaurants and attractions that downtown New Bern has to offer. You can launch your paddle board or kayak right in the river about 300 ft from our backyard.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You'll stay in a private studio apartment attached to a larger country home on a huge private lot immersed in the sounds of nature. Your private back deck overlooks a backyard full of chickens. Bring your fishing rods and your boat! Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets.
