Kid-friendly holiday rentals in New Bern

We had a wonderful time at the railroad cottage. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and in a great location. The host provided recommendations that were very helpful. If you are visiting New Bern, stay here!

We had a great stay. Place was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the scenery from the back deck, and walking distance to our boats to fish.

A friend and I stayed here to celebrate our birthdays. It was so peaceful and quiet and just what we needed for a weekend away. The home was clean, quaint and decorated beautifully. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful, there was even a cute cat that came to visit us while we enjoyed the front porch.

The house is a gem. Everything was clean and stocked. Lots of kitchen tools (utensils, toaster, etc). Easy to use coffee maker (with a supply of coffee). Has a great outdoor area (screened in porch, dock, yard) and plenty of seats. Really awesome windows that look out to the river. Very quiet and peaceful.

We stayed for one month and it was perfect in every way. Teri was excellent at communicating and facilitating anything we needed. The house was comfortable and clean. It was perfect for our family of four. Thank you!

Elizabeth’s place was great! The home was clean and super cozy. It’s in a quiet and very cute neighborhood. We always felt safe and the neighbors are very friendly. It’s close to great restaurants and shops in the downtown area. If we ever come back to New Bern Elizabeth’s place is the only Airbnb we would choose!

Absolutely incredible value for the location! Within walking distance to Harris Teeter, which was incredibly helpful for our family of six. It was honestly even better than the pictures and was incredibly clean. They were incredibly helpful and accommodated an early check-in for us after our 12 Hour drive which truly incredible. Our kids loved it and didn't want to leave! We loved the book of recommendations of local attractions and the fact it was within 10 minutes to everything we wanted to do. WiFi was super fast! Tons of towels! 10/10

My stay was great. The fishing was good even though I didn't catch the big one😄. Very quiet area. inside was really cute and accommodating for two people. It was a fun trip. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.

We had an awesome stay, seamless and flexible check in with a pass code. clean and comfy. A/C and ceiling fans kept it nice and cool, plus there was an additional fan if needed. outdoor area was very private. 10/10 I highly recommend!

What a beautiful, cozy cottage. I LOVED the vaulted ceiling and skylights in the living room/kitchen. The cottage is located in a rural area, but is close enough to Beaufort, Harkers’s Island, or Morehead City that there is plenty to do. The hosts were extremely friendly, left thoughtful complimentary gifts, and left tons of information about the area. I would definitely recommend Laura’s cottage and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, it had everything that we needed, it’s walking distance to nice places to eat and drink, that are right on the water and it has a pool!!!

We had an amazing stay. It was located in the heart of everything to do! You could walk out and walk right across to the river walk or turn left and be right in the middle of all the restraunts! Plenty of shopping and EVERYWHERE was pet friendly so our 4 legged best friend got to come with us everywhere! I would highly recommend Ellen and her properties to anyone!

Greta‘s place was great! Extremely convenient and walkable to really good restaurants and shops. We will definitely book her place again the next time we are in Morehead City.

It was a peaceful and serene location. I had all the furnishings I needed and a binder of local recommendations. The patio was a lovely area and well tended. Would recommend!!

This was a great deal for my solo trip over Memorial Day weekend! Plenty of street parking and a great location, check out the wine store nearby!

Stayed here for about a week for a romantic getaway with my partner. The place was beautiful and just like the pictures. Very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. It was so clean and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! Great location near the beach and in a private area. Everyone we saw was extremely friendly. The indoor/outdoor pools were another perk. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back in the future! The condo was right at the beginning of Emerald Isle before going further to the area where there are more tourists-Which we thought was another plus. Thank you!!!

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning beachfront Airbnb in North Topsail Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the private deck as the sun rose over the water felt like a dream. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated, with a cozy coastal vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the living space was ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Gina is such an amazing host! Everything about her place was exceptional! I’m looking forward to staying there again in the near future!

Logan is a fantastic host. All questions were answered very quickly and he made sure we were satisfied. The room is absolutely beautiful and the mattress is extremely comfy. There was even fresh juice and fruit in the fridge for us!

We had such a wonderful time at this home! It is much more spacious than it appears in the photos, clean, well-decorated, and well-stocked with necessities and more! The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. There is a nice walking trail nearby, a pond with turtles out back, and a taco place within walking distance. Everyone in our group said they’d stay here again if it’s available when we’re in town!

We fell in love with the condo and the town. The balcony has the best views but the inside is just as beautiful. We watched wild horses graze every morning and couldn’t believe the amount of amazing boats that stopped by in just a few days. The quaint town felt so safe to explore, people were all very pleasant, cute stores and tasty places to eat. Thank you for your hospitality! Looking forward to our next visit.
