Holiday rentals with a fireplace in New Bern

Gabriela’s listing was right on and great for family of 6 close to family we were visiting very spacious great closet space just had everything you need that a hotel wouldn’t have . Any question I would have response was answered on a timely manner.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. Terry is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to accommodate a special request and made sure we had everything we could possibly need and more for the perfect stay. The surroundings are beautiful and the cabin is so charming. We would absolutely book again and recommend anyone else to do so!

Katy was a great host, always responsive, great communication, friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was so nice inside and out plus it is in a nice and safe neighborhood. It was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed plus more.. She left little extras like special treats/toys for our pups, breakfast items, drinks, fruit, and personal items in case we forgot something. She thought of everything down to the lamps with usb ports for your phones. The fenced in backyard (great for the pups) deck with a fire pit and grill, which was so nice for our family to spend time together. I highly recommend this property and Katy as a host, you won’t be disappointed.

Soul soothing visit. A quirky cottage with a lovely 180-degree view of Queen’s Creek. From inside or out one can see beautiful water views from any of a dozen thoughtfully placed chairs and benches. Whimsical spinners, musical wind chimes, and fanciful ornaments compete with bright flowers and shells to capture your attention. Expansive deck screened by magical blue passion flower vines and topped by conchs, scallops, whelks, sea biscuits, lettered olives and even a moon snail. Lemon balm planted by the steps naturally wards off insects. Landscape shaded by tall oaks and pines, edged by natural garden beds dotted with color and light attracts birds, bees and butterflies. A miniature dock is perfect for casting a line or for just simply relaxing at creek’s edge, lulled by by the sway of the marsh grass. If you enjoy photography this joyful place is for you!

Suzanne is an excellent host. We had a fabulous time enjoying our daughter's graduation at nearby ECU. The circa 1900s home in historic Little Washington is adorable, clean, and comfortable with nice amenities. Close to downtown, restaurants, and the riverfront. This is a great location in a quaint coastal town. We'll be back. Thanks Suzanne!

Rhonda’s cottage was amazing! Even better than the pictures and description. So cozy with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, and super clean. Many special touches provided like a basket of snacks, and firewood for the chiminea. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful home with lots of space! From the moment my family walked in it felt like home. The house was very clean and accommodating. With a gym and man cave theater what more can you ask for. Plus the neighborhood was quiet and right off the main strip surrounded be plenty. Thank you Sashay for sharing your home. I will be staying again when I return to the area.

It’s an old house but it was so pretty on the outside and the history on the house. We was visiting are son in the marine and he love it and so did my husband. Will stay there again.

Beautiful condo unit as compared to others we have stayed at in the same building. Beautiful setting on the sound with view of the ocean which is very close. Pool is beautiful as well. Baths for each bedroom which is great. Beds were great!!

Absolutely loved staying here! It was an end unit as described and the beach veiw from the balcony was breathtaking. Easy beach access, kid friendly unit, very clean and comfortable. It felt like home on arrival, we were able to unpack easily and still enjoy the rest of the day in the area. Stacy was very quick to answer when we had an issue and resolved it within the hour. Would recommend staying here, especially if you have kids.

Our stay has been great! We needed to be close by base for the SunDown Event on Cherry Point. We absolutely loved the cleanliness and the space it provided for us. Brian was very responsive when it came to our arrival and understanding of our long travel from Florida. Look forward to booking there again soon!

First time with Bruce, as my usual go to was booked. Turns out it was a blessing. I love Bruce's home; it was clean, welcoming and tastefully furnished. Communication with Bruce was outstanding, he was very responsive to questions and easily available. Bruce's unit will definitely be saved as a favorite and I would very highly recommend him. To summarize, we were absolutely delighted and try felt at home. Bruce, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and private location. The setting was quiet, safe, and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made the experience smooth from start to finish. The nearby town was charming and full of character, with quaint shops and friendly locals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape.

I would definitely recommend this provider. The facilities were phenomenal, well worth the price, comfortable, beautifully decorated and provided for. John was extremely easy to work with and very personable. I cannot recommend these accommodations highly enough. if I come back to the area, I will definitely look John up again!

We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, it had everything that we needed, it’s walking distance to nice places to eat and drink, that are right on the water and it has a pool!!!

Was there for work on Camp Lejeune. Great location, close to base. Would highly recommend staying here if in the area. Brianna is very responsive and proactive in communicating. Would stay here again if available on future projects.
