It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

This comfy hideaway is three blocks from the Neuse River and a short walk to Historic Downtown along the tree-lined scenic river walkway. Your walk ends at Union Point Park with beautiful views of the river, a playground, and lots of ducks and sea gulls. Our home is in the downtown historic district, within walking distance to Tryon Palace, the North Carolina History Center, downtown New Bern, restaurants, antique shops, convention center, Union Point park and the waterfront.
