Monthly Rentals in New Almaden

We had a great stay at Renee's place. The house was just as depicted and perfect for our needs. It was in a very nice, peaceful neighborhood and close to everything. The weather was great and we could see some mountain scenery from the front porch. Renee was very proactive with communications and quick to respond. The house was very comfortable and the back/front yards were beautifully landscaped. The residence was in a super location , close to restaurants, shopping and interesting sites to see. We fell in love with the place and the area.

11/10, I have stayed in a lot of similar Air BnB’s throughout South Bay and this was the best! Extremely quiet and secluded. Interior feels like home, very cozy and has all the amenities you can think of and more, fully stocked. Also sits in the back of the property next to a beautiful backyard pool with a water fall, makes for a relaxing stay. Area is close to Cupertino/San Jose, plus a lot of great local restaurants. In terms of nature there are quite a few really nice trails and parks within 10minutes. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend!!!! I had an incredible stay!!! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was super responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were top-notch, from a comfortable bed to a fully stocked kitchen, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the little thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.

This is my second time here. From the first time, I was fascinated by Khang's Airbnb. It's cozy, has everything you need for a stay of one or more weeks, and above all, Khang is very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend staying at his Airbnb.
