Monthly Rentals in New Albany

This was a perfect house for my daughters (ages 11 and 13) and I to stay in! It has a huge back yard, which my daughters loved playing in, and is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to great restaurants, grocery stores, etc. When we had a small issue with the furnace, Ado and Cindy (co-hosts) were quick to respond and went out of their way to help us and make sure we were comfortable. This was an issue that was completely out of their control and which they worked quickly on to fix. They also checked in on us daily to make sure they were doing everything they could for us, which they were. They went above and beyond, which was truly appreciated! For any equestrians getting ready to show at the Brave Horse Horse Shows, this was a great location! Only 10-15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

The host Raina provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any listing on Airbnb! The place is just as described (if not better). The host is super responsive and very helpful with anything we needed and we felt right at home the moment we stepped in the door. The back yard is absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed spending time outdoors in the evenings around the fire pit or just gazing up at the stars. The local restaurants and experiences were also amazing. If you’re ever in the New Albany/Columbus area this place is a must stay!! 11/10

My son and I had a great stay at Michael’s home in New Albany. House is clean and we had privacy and a peaceful nights sleep. No worries staying at this home and I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

My husband and a few coworkers stayed for 2 months at this house. Not one complaint from us. Connor was very accommodating! 100% recommend.
