Family-friendly holiday rentals in New Albany

This was my second stay here and never disappoints! The place is always clean, with wonderful amenities and the host goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I Would definitely continue coming.

We loved staying here and it was the perfect location for our family Easter! I truly can’t say enough great things about this cabin and the owners! It was very clean and well appointed with anything you need and the owners were very accommodating and kind! They helped with a couple requests, including a pack and play and high chair. We were able to cook a large Easter dinner with the stocked kitchen appliances and cookware. The property is very serene with plenty of privacy and great options for hiking around. The location is also not too far to get to the grocery store and restaurants. Lastly, the pool table and hot tub were a hit! We highly recommend to stay here and know we will definitely be back for another stay!

This house is in a very nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. There's plenty of room for a big family/group. I had another Airbnb host cancel my reservation only 2hr before check in. I was already on the highway with my family and Barksdale management moved this property up on their cleaning list as it had just been vacated around noon in order to accommodate us. I can't say enough for how much we appreciated that. Thank you so much for saving our weekend!!!

Within walking distance of several restaurants and a quick drive to a lot of greats bars and other things to do.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Lots of extra little amenities, the decor was unique and well thought out, and the location was perfect. We travel to the area often and would definitely book again.

Nice safe place for the value. Wasn’t a fan of the parking with a large SUV and current remodeling but it was safe and clean. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.

Wonderful accommodations with many generous amenities, including a little coffee bar with lots of coffees, many spices for cooking, and everything you need in the bathroom, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer. A perfect accommodation for those who love to travel light. The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood and has its own private entrance, up some outside stairs. It was clean and spacious. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to return.

This is our second visit to Susie's home. We go to Louisville frequently and have stayed in about 10 Airbnbs/VRBOs. There are few we really like, but Susie's is our favorite. Everything is perfect. There are instructions around the rooms explaining how to use anything that might be a problem. Everything is attractive. Everything is clean. Every thing is comfortable. They have a plunger in the bathroom. I have not actually ever had to use a plunger in an Airbnb, but it always makes me a bit nervous when there isn't one, which there usually isn't. It is close to Kroger, restaurants, etc., in a part of Louisville where there is not a ton of traffic, there is parking, and where the intersections are not difficult to navigate, which, if you have driven in Louisville, you know what I am talking about. Susie is very responsive, very helpful, very nice. The rate compares very favorably to other stays this size, and many much smaller. We will always stay there if it's available.

Beautiful place - even better than the photos! The backyard is so peaceful and we enjoyed a dip in the pool. The 2 bedrooms and common area were very spacious and great accommodations for my family of 4. Keegan was very helpful leading up to and during our stay.

Loved everything about this spot, especially having use of the pool and hot tub! My kids loved the theatre room. We will definitely stay again.

RaMona and Steve were extremely friendly and even reached out to us before we got there about what the weather was going to be like. For my first time using Airbnb, I could not have picked a better location and hosts.

Niloo’s place was great for our weekend bachelorette party. The house was exactly like the pictures and very clean. Having the pool was a nice addition during the day as well! Niloo was very responsive and made sure everything was set for our arrival. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay in Louisville. This was our second summer spending a long weekend here. We love the pool and walkability!
