It was a great stay. Here location is in a developing neighborhood. This allows recently built restaurants and shops close by and more to come. Future renters will get a lot out of this stay.

Clean, stylish, and great place to stay in Louisville. 5+ stars for the charm, cleanliness, and convenience. Having stayed in other location, would definitely be back as the loft is a standout option for anyone visiting Louisville and looking for a clean, quiet, and close to everything location with great hosts. Book it before someone else does.

We had a WONDERFUL stay, the apartment was gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Bruce was very responsive from the beginning of my booking through our complete stay. He went above and beyond with little details to make the stay so personal. We loved the muffins 😊 I highly recommend staying here while in the area. Thank you for being a part of our memorable weekend.

Great location. Nicely laid out apartment. Though we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was well stocked; most spices and even some food. They supplied a bottle of wine and some water bottles which was nice. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. Nice closet, comfortable bed. Comfortable furniture in the living area, lamps (not just overhead lights, which is a pet peeve). Ashley was very responsive the few times we reached out, and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. I was a little confused by the Key Cafe which is how you get your key at check in, but probably because I was unfamiliar with it. There is an app which goes with it, but they also supply a code which is easier to use. The building where the apartment is located is very upscale and welcoming. There’s an honor bar for snacks and drinks, a number of businesses in the building, and a pizza place / micro brewery at one end of the building.

The place was beautiful and clean. The mattress was so comfy! Lots of towels! A great place to stay!

The place was great! Beautifully decorated and hosts were helpful and responsive. Very close to University and a perfect place to stay while my daughter went to orientation.

The place was great. Just like the photos! Easy to check in and out of and it was within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. You did hear the train come through at night, but it wasn’t bad at all! Highly recommend this place.

This was a great place to stay. I enjoyed visiting the Tavern and getting to know the locals! Live music at the Tavern did not disrupt my stay when I was in the room, which was great! I highly recommend! I can't wait to visit them again!

I had such a wonderful stay at Ron and Laurie’s place! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel so welcome and at home. The space itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm with stunning Moroccan inspired decor that adds such a unique and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect peaceful getaway! Their warmth and hospitality truly made the experience even more special. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, beauty, and genuinely kind hosts! We stopped at Louisville for a road trip. Sarah’s place was clean and well organized. We had a great experience there!

10/10 stay right near the water and great restaurants within 5minutes from the place. Very clean and nice to relax after a long day 100% recommend booking as I will do in the future.

Charming historic building being brought back to life. Parking was easy. The apartment was reasonably clean.  Fun art collection both in and out of the apartment. We loved the old radio and interesting shower. The noise level was standard for any city and Amy provided a whitenoise device. It was a spacious area, with a vibrant yard. It was very conviently located, and felt like a short drive to most of the attractions we were interested in. The friendly and calm dog, Sam, greeted us on our way in and out.  Decently equipped little kitchenette allowed us to cook half our meals at home. Enjoyed the relaxing stay and would love to come back

John's place was perfect for us as we made our way to visit family. It was easy to get in and out, included thoughtful touches with snacks and easily accessible outlets all over the place, and had plenty of space for us. We will be back!

Nice clean place to rest your head if youre in town for work like I was. Close to restaurant's and downtown Louisville is 10 mins across the bridge. Neihhbors dog was a bit annoying with the constant barking. Overall liked the place!

Easy to find nice place clean nice neighborhood all secure. It feels like be home. Definitely I’ll rent that again if I could.

A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! My stay at Devin and Nakayla’s was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the view of the pool outside from the room window. The location was also ideal walking distance to the comedy show we attended. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this place is a gem. I would definitely stay here again

Clean and fresh place to stay! Enjoyed the amenities too.

We rented this space plus the attached pillow and paddock inn for our entire family and it was awesome! The owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The place is fully stocked with everything you need and more. The pigs and horses were also great fun for the kids!

We had an absolute blast hanging out in the backyard with the fire pit, hot tub, and yard games provided. Movie night in the downstairs 'game room' was wonderful. We hope to stay here again on future trips!

Very nice place to stay. My family and I felt at home. Donald was very nice and communicated very effectively! From start to finish. I have zero complaints!
