An accommodation created with love, autonomous, equipped, where you can relax and dedicate yourself to cultural/sports excursions. Two gardens: one secret between ancient walls and one visible where you can enjoy a glass of wine. Towel change every 3 days. Outdoor on-street parking.

Villa di design, full optionals, con 3 distinte camere da letto doppie , puo' accogliere fino a 13 ospiti con divani-letti e letti mobili aggiuntivi .

Our studio house is located in a quiet area among other private houses, 2 km from the sea and 800 m from all infrastructure (McDonald's, supermarket, shops, first sights, bars, etc.). Everything is within walking distance. You can get to Nettuno by train from Rome Termini in 1 hour. The house is suitable for those who would like to relax in silence from the hustle and bustle of the city, make a barbecue on their site, immerse themselves in the tranquility of country houses.

Beach House Nettuno

A few hundred meters from the beach of Nettuno near the Sanctuary of Santa Maria Goretti and with major services in the immediate vicinity, including the train station (trains to Rome every 50 min) is our lovely apartment located in a very quiet area. Beach house is complete with everything you need to make your stay comfortable in the city of Nettuno, famous for the landing and its beaches overlooking the Lazio coast.
