Apartment holiday rentals in Nettuno

Val and I had been on a walking holiday , from Sutri to Orvieto before our week at Gennaro's flat . We wanted a relaxing time and to cater for ourselves having had a week of hotels and Band B's . We also wanted to explore the area as my Dad had landed in Anzio in February 1944 and fought in the terrible battle to reach Rome . Dad was lucky, he got to go home raise a family and lived till he was 90 years old . So many were not so lucky including the Uncle of one of Val's friends who is buried in the Beachhead Cemetery . We wanted to visit his grave , pay our respects and take some pictures for his family . We achieved all these things and also had a great seaside holiday enjoying the weather and swimming in the beautiful clear water at Grotto del Nerone . Gennaro's flat is perfect having everything you could need without clutter .

Staying at Naoki's place was fantastic! We were just there one night, but it felt super cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped with cooking utensils etc. The only thing I'd note is the location, we got in a bit later and the transit options are fairly limited + uber from the airport at 1am was very expensive (~40 euro for a <10 min drive). But Naoki was also very responsive even in the early morning and tried to help us find an alternative way which was very kind. I think especially for exploring the area a bit longer this would be an excellent excellent choice for anyone!

I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

Kindness, availability distinguish Giampiero who with his taste has created a fantastic environment with generous spaces and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is kept with clean and tidy care. If I get a chance, I'll definitely come back.

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

Our stay with Corina was nothing short of fantastic! She is extremely friendly and even offered to meet us at the train station with our bags. The place is extremely clean and comfortable and even has a great pizza place just downstairs. There’s only one other apartment in the palazzo, so it was very tranquil. There’s some street noise but that should be expected from anywhere in the middle of town. We even had an issue with our key and she came to replace it immediately. The check in and out was extremely flexible and actually caused us to stay another night cause we were having so much fun at the beach! I would absolutely stay here again, for the ease and comfort of the place, but mostly for the lovely Corina!

I was in Neptune for a beach weekend with two friends, although the house was so comfortable that we wanted to stay cool in the very comfortable living room. Despite being in a central and very lively area at night, the apartment is perfectly soundproofed and we slept peacefully. Thoughtful decor and atmosphere, I couldn't have imagined a more comfortable stay. The bathroom has your amenities, I really appreciated the professional hairdryer complete with diffuser, not at all discounted in vacation rentals. Mrs. Laura, Davide's mother, welcomed us for a friendly check-in and remained available throughout the weekend. If I have a chance, I will be back with pleasure!

A cozy and very clean home equipped with everything, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Very close to the sea, the medieval village and all the shops or restaurants you may need. Valentina was very nice. A great experience

Very kind and uniquely helpful host, always ready to help. The house is simply spectacular: cared for in every detail, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The location is excellent, a few minutes from the sea, in a quiet and pleasant area. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

I highly recommand Riccardo's home. He and his wife are the nicest hosts I have met, very flexible, full of good recommandations for restaurants and things to do, and very kind. The appartement is perfect, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. It is well located in the old town, close to the train station, with an amazing view and a big terasse. I had a wonderfull relaxing stay and wish I could stay longer... thank you very much :)

Perfect vacation spot. We had our 6 months old daughter and Licia provided chairs, bed and bath for the baby. We came by car and could easily explore the area from here. Would gladly come back

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

Erika is very professional. The apartment although it says 1st floor but there is stair to go up to the 1st floor. Spacious 2 bathrooms which is a plus. 6 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the FCO airport. Enjoyed the location. Will definitely consider coming back
