This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

Had an awesome stay at this Airbnb! Spacious and clean house. The garden was nice – a perfect spot to grill with a family. Felt totally safe with the security they had in place. If you're into cooking, you'll love the kitchen setup. Beds were nice and comfy.? AC kept us cool in the heat, and the pool area was just what we needed to beat the heat. Plus, the beach was just a short drive away. Definitely a sweet spot for a vacation!

We had a great time in this house, well positioned, welcoming community, selection of very good restaurants, great place to relax and well positioned to have frequent excursions to Rome, or Naples (Sorrento, Capri, Pompei). The only problem was that one week was not enough to enjoy it all. We hope to visit again.

We were excited about the delightful, clean and cozy structure. I highly recommend it to all types of families to stay in tranquility and serenity, we will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect except for a problem with the downstairs bathroom, which flooded.

Very nice, friendly and helpful host, very attentive to the needs of us who have a small child. He left us bottles of fresh water in the refrigerator and lots of cold cuts, milk, jams and many other products. The pool and outdoor spaces are very well maintained, and the house is very clean. When we needed it for a small problem, he solved it in five minutes. For those who want to stay in complete relaxation, I highly recommend it.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

It was an amazing stay! Exactly like described, in the middle of nature , relaxing.. We had long walks around the Azienda Agricola in the middle of their agricolture .. They sell their own produce We will definitely come back! Thanks to Laura , she is an amazing host! … and the food of their restaurant is genuine and delicious! Everything tastes insane!

Yulia's house is delicious, furnished with comfortable and attention to detail. The beds and couch are super comfy. Thanks to the fans you sleep well even on the hottest nights. Beautiful gardens, very well-kept, shaded and quite ventilated. Absolute highlight: the outdoor shower under a fragrant jasmine. The house's location is strategic to reach the sea (5 min. walk) and shops in the center of Lavinio (5 min.). Yulia is an attentive, thoughtful and very helpful hostess. Communication was perfect from the start. We had a great time with my two kids, Yulia made us feel like we were in our home. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet and cozy place near Rome.

I would highly recommend this place. Very stylish & my family had a great time. We loved the balconies; one over the street & the other over a beautiful private courtyard. My family had to change their plans at the last minute due to the rail strike & Fraceco went out of his way to make the apartment available. Did I mention the beach? simply incredible 😲

Good value for money. house with exteriors for children nice 5 min from the beach and 1 hour from Rome. excellent for visiting and finding a lazy side. full of shops next door and catering. prices are not expensive compared to Rome. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Alfonso is responsive, thank you for hosting him.

Salvatore and his family welcomed us as if we were part of the family. They were hospitable and thoughtful. We tasted their produce from the garden and felt at home. The place is as described, clean and very comfortable. It was a really nice stay.

Top vacations, we stayed in this beautiful villa. Large with lots of beds, two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi. Very large garden. Behind the house a very large but above all fenced field, for those like us who travel with dogs is the ideal place. Everything is well cared for and a garden available with lots of tomatoes, vegetables and fresh basil. In the evening we always had dinner on the porch behind the villa where we enjoyed the cool evening. Unfortunately, we did not meet him in person, but we were always in touch by phone and he was very attentive to our stay. We'll definitely be back. There were 6 of us and two dogs and the rooms were advancing. Negative note, when you leave you miss the house. Thank you Paolo

Vittorio was very welcoming from the very beginning with great, clear and proactive communications. The house was very clean and matched the description. We (2 adults, 2 small children) had a super time, especially enjoying the beach so close by (~5min walk) and Rome only an hour by car. Would highly recommend!

My two children and I were on vacation in Antonio and Rosita's villa for 18 days. The villa is equipped with every comfort, the large and spacious rooms with fans, clean and really well furnished. The kitchen is super equipped for cooking and there is everything you need. Brand new and well-functioning washing machine and spacious living room with a nice TV. Externally, a patio with a table for breakfast or lunch and also a nice garden behind it with a large table and outdoor lights that we enjoyed thanks to a nice fixed brick barbecue. The garden also has a beautiful outdoor solar shower that has returned extremely useful. Every year my children and I come to Anzio and rent, but I have to say that this house was among the most beautiful and comfortable we have ever had here. Thank you Antonio and Rosita for your kindness as a host and thank you for hosting us. I hope to be able to come back very soon with my children to your lovely villa.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Marina was so helpful and whenever there was an issue, it would be sorted out quickly. There was an issue with the air conditioning the first night but it was resolved quickly the next day. Would definitely come back here again.

The host Claudia D'Amico (property owner ) was very kind and the house is very beautiful and big garden . Loved the quirkiness of the house and enjoyed the stay very much . The only regret is the novasol , the company who managed the property from Germany did not communicate well before. But after we went there all communication issues were solved , the owner contacted us and guided us through out.
