Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Nettuno

Pierpaolo is an extremely responsive host. He met us personally at the airport,early in the morning and checked us in immediately, even though check-in was announced in the early afternoon. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for two people. No need for air conditioning,because it is very cool. It has everything you could need in a household. The area is very quiet, there are many good restaurants nearby where you can taste the typical Roman cuisine, cafes, shops, pizzeria. The beach is a 15 min walk away,where there is one with free access and a paid area,where it is not so crowded. Transport to the centre of Rome is also very well arranged. In other words the apartment combines everything you could ask for,to combine a trip and a holiday in one.

Apartment a little far from the airport but quite accessible to the center of Rome with the Metromare. Very clean and very comfortable!

Matteo was the perfect host. Always responded and helped if I had any questions. Trying to think along in solutions and is always responsive!

Valerio helped us at all times, the apartment was very clean and very nice, can be reached fairly easily with the use of the train from Roma Termini (4 stops approximately) and a 20 min walk, the cost per train ticket was 1.5 euros. Nearby there are quite a few restaurants and a small supermarket

It’s difficult to go anywhere without a car in Latina. Unfortunately we can’t rent a car since it’s Friday when we arrived there, and Sat & Sunday are holidays and the car rental companies will be closed. The host is extremely helpful and took us the things we needed in the house.

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Cosy apartment with real fire

We had a memorable time here. The location is also ideal for excursions to Rome which is only about 40 minutes by car. And best of all: The nearest town is minutes away by car, great for shopping or eating.”

From the moment we arrived, Francesco and Cinzia made us—and our two dogs—feel completely at home. Their warm welcome set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a spacious, peaceful garden that was perfect for relaxing, and convenient on-site parking made everything so easy. The apartment itself is both stunning and incredibly comfortable, but what truly sets this place apart are the hosts. Francesco and Cinzia went above and beyond—greeting us each day with genuine smiles and even surprising us with fresh eggs from their farm. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel more like cherished guests than visitors. We were so comfortable and content, we honestly didn’t want to leave. This is a special place, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful Roman villa surrounded by a large garden with flowers and trees, complete with a wood oven and barbecue. The children played happily with the games provided by the accommodation and had curious encounters with the birdlife: we saw a woodpecker live for the first time! A nice surprise was the foosball and the ping pong table and the breakfast area in the garden (like Mulino Bianco). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (plenty of dishes, good quality plates and glasses), and a dishwasher. In addition to the living room, there is a large and elegant lounge on the ground floor. I stayed with 8 people and a baby, for whom a camping cot was provided, even though I didn't give any notice. Leonardo's mother, whom we would have liked to meet, takes impeccable care of the linen and the management of the house. Mr. Leonardo, a sensitive person on social issues, immediately made us feel at home, telling us about a dear fellow countryman of ours. Unexpected coincidence!

A very wonderful place to stay with a great roof terrace! We really enjoyed staying at this place every day and would come back anytime! Special plus : Luca is a really great, nice and helpful host. We also felt wonderfully taken care of here.

Getting to the apartment from the airport was a little tricky, but that wasn't her fault, the people at airport had us going to 3 different locations. Valeria met us outside and let us in. The apartment was nice and fully stocked, the terrace peaceful and lots of plants. There was a fluke with the hot water and Valeria came over and fixed it. Valeria was very responsive, gave recommendations, helpful, friendly, and welcoming

Clean, bright and quiet accommodation, not far from the center of Latina, with all the comforts and even more (gym and parking space) Luca allowed us access with our Labrador breed dog which is a rarity. He is also always available for any need if necessary. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Luca.

Great apartment 2 min from the seas , friendly hotel. I just advise to have a car available or rental to stay here, Rome 40 min [ car ] so perfect , otherwise all the shops are present in the town of Torvaianica , great

We enjoyed our stay in Anzio in the apartment very much. You can do anything on foot. Chiara welcomed us, she's adorable. The apartment is very clean. There is everything you need in the apartment. We would have stayed much longer.

Valerio's place was more than what was expected, seemed to be larger than the pictures. Quite charming and when the description says that there are black out curtains, I didn't expect what I was in store for. These types are referred to as tapparelle shutters and are made of metal, resembling the roll-down gates commonly seen on storefronts. They operate by rolling up and around a spool at the top of the window frame manually by a pully inside the wall. Very clever and convenient, providing a nighttime effect as well as security. Valerio also has two lovely daughters in which have started their own touring service for the surrounding area, with very reasonable prices too! My friend and I took some of their services while in Rome and they were very accommodating! Everything you need is within walking distance and the square you are in is gated with lock and key. The place is private and has everything you need for your stay. I will be back no doubt! Thx Valerio and Family! arrivederci

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Matteo was a wonderful host with ample communication and instructions. The apartment was easy to find and accommodated our family overnight before leaving for the airport. The power is a bit tricky (as it is in most of Europe) but manageable once you find the proper balance. would 100% stay again
