Holiday rentals with a patio in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

Bianca has been very friendly and helpful, the flat was nice and cozy, we highly enjoyed it!

We have been to Rome many times but never had a stay where we have felt so much and a homely feeling! Fantastic apartment, fantastic location, quiet - it will be our go to in Rome from now on! I would rather have this pearl for myself, but it is definitely worth a recommendation!

Gregory’s apartment was such a great place for our family of 4. The apartment was just as described and very clean. It was extremely private and very secluded, it was easy to sleep in though with the room darkening shutters! We didn’t mind! The apartment had everything we needed including in unit laundry. The kitchen was very functional. We loved the terrace! Gregor was very responsive and accommodating. He even let us stay and extra hour so that we didn’t have to wait at the train station on our way out. A moments walk from attractions, cafes, grocery stores, pharmacies. A wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Rome. I hope we can return someday. Thank you, Gregor!!

Truly one of the greatest airbnbs we have ever stayed in! It was incredibly clean, spacious and we felt right at home. Location was perfect and safe — not loud or too busy and extremely close to the tram to go sight seeing and into the centre of the city (very quick tram ride too!) Local cafes, restaurants and bars just steps away from the apartment. Chiara was an amazing host — quick to respond, allowed us to check in early, sent us many local recommendations and tips right after we checked in and was quick to respond to any questions we had! I highly recommend staying at Chiaras airbnb, we will definitely be back!!

The place is located in the residential area of Trastevere, you don't have the madness next door, but it is very close to all the restaurants and places to enjoy. Perfect for visiting Rome for the first time, Miguel is super proactive and helped us with everything.

Excellent apartment!!! Very close to the subway station, which connects to all of Rome. About 25 minutes' walk from the Colosseum. Impeccable apartment. I liked everything! Very clean and tidy, with everything you need to spend a few days in this beautiful city. Having air conditioning is a plus, especially after having toured the city on hot days. I highlight how kind Daniel and Anda were. Excellent hosts.

This might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Claudia was super responsive and helpful, it is located right on the bus to FCO, perfect for both spending a night before or after a flight. Check in was smooth, and the host kindly leaves snacks, toiletries, yogurts, and tons of hot drink options in the kitchen for the guests to use - absolutely perfect. I highly recommend

We stayed here to visit Rome. Very easy access to Rome from nearby train station. The host was very proactive in terms of communication and check in instructions. We can highly recommend to stay here for a Rome visit.

Daniele stands out as one of our best hosts and this place is a hidden gem. Super close to a locals beach that is beautiful. Food is great in the neighborhood and easy to catch a flight out of FCO.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Romano is a very responsive and a great host that will go out of his way to accommodate any requests. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood that let's you experience everyday Roman life, which I found very interesting. There are a couple of shops and restaurants nearby, and the bus stops that take you to the Metro lines and the city center are very close to the apartment. All in all, a great experience.

Amazing place if you have good energy to climb the 4th floor with luggage and no elevator. But this is a good price for being in the center of Rome and very old historic neighborhood. Rooftop patio is a real gem, but again not for people with physical disabilities. We spent amazing time there!

Lorenzo was extremely helpful- met us and allowed an early check in due to the timing of our train arrival. The Terrance is incredible and a taxi stand a block away allowed us to easily get to venues further away. Not in the center of everything (which we wanted) but a nice neighborhood with tons of really good dining options. Our family of 4 loved it- thanks Lorenzo.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!

Absolute exceptional airbnb experience at Marco’s place. The sunflower cottage is a beautiful and unique space, with everything you could hope for for a comfortable stay in Trevestere area in Rome. Marco was super friendly and helpful as well. Highly highly recommend this gem!

Wow wow wow what a find! We travelled here as a family, three generations (including a 19-month-old) and all were very comfortable. Valerio is such a kind and attentive host, who is truly deserving of his high ratings. The apartment is spotless and comfortable, the outdoor patio is a peaceful oasis to dine al fresco, and the location is no more than a 10 min walk down the hill to St. Peter’s Square. We wish only that we had booked more nights to stay and hope to return again!
