Apartment holiday rentals in Nettuno

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti, la casa è piccolina, ingresso con cucina, divano letto e tavolo, poi bagno e camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Casa pulitissima e dotata di tutto ciò di cui c’è bisogno (stoviglie, macchinetta del caffè, asciugamani puliti, aria condizionata) I proprietari sono delle persone molto disponibili e molto amichevoli, ci hanno accolto di persona e ci hanno mostrato la casa. Ritorneremo sicuramente dato che ci siamo trovati benissimo! La zona è vicino al mare e vicino ai supermercati, è consigliata la macchina per potersi spostare.

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The best Airbnb experience for us so far! Marco helped me prepare for a marriage proposal, which I really appreciated. Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). He was an very friendly host with a beautiful apartment. we can only recommend it to you!

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. Daniela was een heel aardig persoon die veel respect toont aan haar klanten de service was top ze helpt ons met alles wat je maar nodig hebt deze woning is een aanrader voor iedereen die echt een top vakantie wilt hebben daarnaast is de woning heel proper heel mooi en stijlvol bravo Daniela ik kom zeker terug 😆

Wir wurden wirklich sehr freundlich Empfangen, es wurde alles Super erklärt die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern, Netflix ect. funktioniert auch problemlos. Wir hatten einen netten Empfangskorb mit einem Mittagessen(Pasta&Arrabiatasauce) und anderen Leckereien und einer Flasche Wasser, so dass man nicht gleich unbedingt Einkaufen gehen muss. Und die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand gelegen, das man vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen und hören kann. Einfach Zauberhaft!! Vielen Dank an Maria Christina und Francesco, wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Und kommen ganz sicher wieder!!

On a vraiment aimé l’accueil personnalisé de Stephano et les instructions pour se rendre en transport en commun. Le logement est super beau et très propre, la literie et les serviettes sont immaculées et le lit est très confortable. Les stores assombrissants dans toutes les pièces sont bien appréciés et l’air climatisé fonctionne très bien. On a vraiment aimé prendre notre café le matin sur le balcon juste en face de la mer (il y a une rue entre la mer et la station balnéaire Elmi, juste en face du logement). On a beaucoup apprécié passer la journée à la station balnéaire, avec une belle plage, chaises et parasols en location. Il y a même un bar à cocktails et quelques articles, tel que sandwiches. On a aussi bien aimé notre souper au restaurant Antico Traiano, à 5 minutes de marche, pour les meilleurs gnocchis à la truffe! Nous recommandons fortement ce logement qui est idéal avant de se rendre à l’aéroport Leonardo di Vinci, qui se trouve à 15 minutes, en voiture.

Consigliatissimo, host sempre disponibile e gentile. L’appartamento è vicino al centro, servito bene con farmacie, bar e supermercato a due passi.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Nos recibió el papá de Ludovica que es muy amable y nos dio todas las indicaciones de la casa y de los alrededores. Hay supermercados cerca y el mar está a pocas calles. Para ir al centro de Roma tomamos el metromare que pasa los días semana cada 10min y el domingo cada 15min . Nos dejaba en la estación Porta San Paolo aproximadamente en 1 hora porque va un poco lento. es muy fácil llegar a los lugares turísticos atractivos del centro de Roma. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y es espaciosa . Muchas gracias Ludovica

soggiornato ad Ariccia con famiglia di 6 persone. Tutto come da descrizione dell'host. Posto auto comodo e indispensabile. Vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi, con negozi e servizi nelle immediate vicinanze (anche farmacia). Appartamento molto comodo con 4 posti letto più ulteriori due posti letto sul divano del soggiorno. Accoglienza: gentile ed efficiente. Da tenere sicuramente in considerazione

Alloggio pulito, luminoso e silenzioso, poco distante dal centro di Latina, con tutti i comfort e anche di più (palestra e posto auto) Luca ci ha permesso l'accesso con il nostro cane di razza Labrador il che è una rarità. Inoltre è sempre disponibile a qualsiasi necessità qualora ce ne fosse bisogno. Consiglio vivamente Grazie Luca

Laura and Mario were very responsive to all our queries. Mario fetched us from our vehicle to bring us to the property which made it easy for us to find it. He was very helpful and even carried some of our bags. He gave us an informative orientation around the house and all amenities. He also gave restaurant recommendations which we tried and it did not disappoint. His recommendations were among the best in town so I’m really grateful that we were able to try the best food that Castel Gandolfo locals have to offer. ❤️ I really appreciate that Laura helped us with our check out time. I was worried as my other accomodation was not flexible but I’m glad Laura was able to help me. The place is close to everything such as the papal summer residence, restaurants, pharmacy, souvenirs, mini grocery, and Lake Albano was also walkable from the accomodation. My kids and I walked to the lake and they had loads of fun!

Jättefin lägenhet, härlig värd som var super med bra rekommendationer. Vi ville ha några dagar på stranden o ta det lugnt o då var detta ställe super.

The apartment is beautifully furnished. It is very clean and comfortable, located perfectly on the Main Street of the town. I can only recommend this place and would definitely book it again.

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Danila og hendes familie er utrolig søde. På trods af forskellige sprog kommunikerede vi fint over beskederne her på siden, som oversatte for os. Poolen er skøn. Boligen giver mulighed for privatliv selvom man bor i samme hus. Omgivelserne er meget smukke, men kræver en bil. Man kan evt. parkerer gratis ved togstationen indtil Rom, hvis man ikke vil køre om kap med de lokale, som kører ret spændende, men faktisk samtidig hensynsfuldt. Toget tager ca. 35 min. til midten af Rom. Vi var rigtig glade for at bo hos Danila , som vi varmt kan anbefale. Vh Tine

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

We had a fantastic stay! Barbara went above and beyond—especially by setting up the pool on such short notice, which truly made the trip extra special. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the effort she put into accommodating our last-minute request. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again! Great value for money! The apartment is very clean, nice, and located right in the heart of town, which made everything super convenient. Do note, it may not be ideal for taller people as the ceilings are low in some areas, but it’s a lovely, cozy space overall. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Elvira und ihr Mann Marco waren sehr sehr warmherzig und super freundlich!! Sie waren immer da, falls wir Hilfe gebraucht haben und standen uns immer zur Verfügung! Die Unterkunft war tadellos, sauber und einfach nur süß. Das Haus ist wunderschön und man kann den Sommer hier vollstens genießen😍 Zum Ende hin haben sie uns sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk gegeben, sehr sehr süß und bedacht🥹 ich kann diese Unterkunft und diese Gastgeber zu 100% weiterempfehlen!
