Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nettuno

No se puede decir solo en palabras lo bueno que fue este hospedaje en Marino. María Rosaria y Chiara estuvieron muy atentas en todo punto para guiarnos al llegar, para poder respondernos dudas, datos, y mucho más! El departamento era muy bueno, espacioso y todo lo necesario para sentirte tal cual en tu casa. Habían distintos snacks y vino en el momento que llegamos, e incluso Chiara nos fue a buscar a la estación! Nada más que decir que increíble y totalmente, al 100% recomendado.

I stayed 4 days at Veronica’s place and it felt just like home. It’s 10min away from the Fiumicino airport by bus and the bus station is very close-by. There are great seafood restaurants nearby the place, at a walkable distance. I also thought the place was clean and had a nice layout. I highly recommend it if you want to stay close to the airport!

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Es war uns eine Freude bei Valeria unterzukommen, bei einem Urlaub in Rom, definitiv empfehlenswert! Sie hat uns bei der Anreise und Abreise günstig und unkompliziert geholfen und uns sogar dabei unterstützt eine verlorene Tasche aus Neapel wiederzubekommen! Rosalba e Luce sono state molto disponibili e gentili, mi hanno accolto così bene che mi è sembrato di essere a casa. Tanti posti letto e un grande giardino per far giocare il cane e possibilità di passare bei momenti all’aperto. Super consigliato.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nella casa di Stefania e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Host gentile e disponibile, pronto a venire incontro a ogni esigenza. L’unico piccolo aspetto da considerare è il parcheggio, che può risultare un po’ complicato nella zona, ma ovviamente non è qualcosa che dipende da loro. In ogni caso, il soggiorno è stato ottimo e lo consigliamo con piacere!

Great play to stay if you need to access the airport in Rome. Walkable to restaurants and boardwalk

We stayed one night during a layover. Apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. It’s also walking distance from the beach and many restaurants. I recommend without any hesitation !

Ambiente accogliente, pulito, ben organizzato con una splendida terrazza in esclusiva a disposizione! Comodissimo il televisore in camera da letto che può ruotare fino ad essere visto comodamente in terrazza sotto le stelle! Inoltre c’è stato consigliato un ottimo ristorante tipico romano in convenzione, dove abbiamo mangiato veramente bene!

We had a good stay at Sharohn's place. Nice clean modern apartment, close to shops and attractions in Ostia Antica. Nice views of the castle from the large balcony. Train station for Rome is about 10 minutes walk. We had a car and there is no off-street parking at the apartment, but the parking on the street was fine when we were there, with a free parking area just around the corner. Quite a bit of noise from all the incoming planes landing at Rome FCO, but if you close the windows it is quite quiet inside the apartment. Overall a clean and nice place to stay, good communication with the two co-hosts.

Se potessi dare 10 stelle gliene darei 11, Franca è stata disponibilissima e paziente. La casa è molto carina e dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per vivere al meglio il soggiorno. Franca ha avuto una particolare attenzione alle esigenze di mia figlia a partire dai copri spigoli fino al check out flessibile. Torneremo sicuramente !!

It’s difficult to go anywhere without a car in Latina. Unfortunately we can’t rent a car since it’s Friday when we arrived there, and Sat & Sunday are holidays and the car rental companies will be closed. The host is extremely helpful and took us the things we needed in the house.

Worth every cent! the best host 👍 she even picked us up from middle of nowhere ❤️ Rooms are clean and cozy, spacious, easy to get to the beach. For the first timers- its better to get shuttle to and from the accomodation, the bus system is but complicated.

Massimo's home was a nice place to relax after a busy day in nearby Rome. The location is really decent if you don't mind a short car then train ride. The train one-way to Rome Termini was 2.50 euro and 30 mins. The room and bathroom were lovely and private, exactly as described and in photos. In the room is a fridge and microwave, tv with Netflix. The cappuccino every morning was really amazing and they did offer a typical Italian breakfast but I didn't eat much too early. My stay was shorter than expected and he approved my early check-out and help me organize a taxi to get to the airport as needed. Massimo was so gracious and flexible to drop me off to Frascati station and pick me up as needed. He was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The train station was very accessible and felt safe and clean. The lovely, peaceful town of Frascati near the airbnb was complete with shops, restaurants and gelato.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a gorgeous room that was absolutely spotless and had a nice private balcony. The shared areas are also great and the location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and local shops. It’s at the seafront and it’s definitely worth going for a nice walk or swim on the sandy beaches specially if you have kids. The air conditioning is great too!!! To make it even more special Orietta and her daughter Chiara are delightful! Definitely recommend!!!

La stanza è super accogliente e dispone di tutto il necessario. Davanti a casa c’è il posto auto sempre libero oltre che la fermata dell’autobus e comunque vicino al centro abitato. L’host è super disponibile, gentile e accogliente. Consigliato!

The place was spotlessly clean and really adorable! The views from both the room and the balcony were especially stunning. Also, Dalila was a very helpful host, and the breakfast she prepared was honestly really good! The neighbourhood felt safe. I saw kids playing and elderly people (both men and women) walking their dogs on my way to Dalila’s place even at 9pm. In short, such a great stay!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag liebevoll gereinigt. Wunderbares Frühstück. Perla und Riccardo sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und unglaublich nette, fürdorgliche Gastgeber. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und das alles mit Blick aufs Meer und nur 30 Minuten von Rom entfernt. Ich komme wieder! Danke Perla und Riccardo.

Alessandra çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Bizi sokakta karşıladı eve evi bulmamız konusunda yardımcı oldu. Ev oldukça temizdi ve her gün temizlendi. Sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Evin konumu tren istasyonunun dibi olması çok iyi. Ancak tren dışında bir ulaşım yok. Aksam erken saatlerde eve geri donmeniz gerekiyor. Roma'ya yakın ama evin etrafında pek bir sey yok. En yakın market 20 dakika uzaklıkta. Konumu haric her sey kusursuzdu. Alessandra oldukca tatli bir insandi. Ev arkadasi olan kopek de oldukca dost canlisiydi. Evin tasarimi oldukca tatli ve tum ihtiyaclarinizi karsilayacak sekildeydi.
