Apartment holiday rentals in Nettuno

Val and I had been on a walking holiday , from Sutri to Orvieto before our week at Gennaro's flat . We wanted a relaxing time and to cater for ourselves having had a week of hotels and Band B's . We also wanted to explore the area as my Dad had landed in Anzio in February 1944 and fought in the terrible battle to reach Rome . Dad was lucky, he got to go home raise a family and lived till he was 90 years old . So many were not so lucky including the Uncle of one of Val's friends who is buried in the Beachhead Cemetery . We wanted to visit his grave , pay our respects and take some pictures for his family . We achieved all these things and also had a great seaside holiday enjoying the weather and swimming in the beautiful clear water at Grotto del Nerone . Gennaro's flat is perfect having everything you could need without clutter .

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Una casa bellissima in un contesto tranquillo, vicino ai servizi, a qualche minuto di macchina dal mare e dalla stazione del treno. Le stanze sono spaziose e funzionali, la pulizia impeccabile e si è immersi nel verde. Francesca e la sua famiglia sono stati discreti e presenti, aiutandoci in tutte le fasi del soggiorno e dimostrando la massima disponibilità. Speriamo di tornare presto e lo consigliamo vivamente!

10 min. zum Strand, große Wohnung! Alles super!

Sehr geräumig, simpel eingerichtet und gerade renoviert. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zu Fuß war alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar und Andrea hat immer schnell geantwortet. Super um den Sommer ausklingen zu lassen. :)

Giorgio was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was just as described and had everything you needed. The big patio with the view of the sea made this apartment so unique and relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just 2 sets of stairs away.

Our stay with Corina was nothing short of fantastic! She is extremely friendly and even offered to meet us at the train station with our bags. The place is extremely clean and comfortable and even has a great pizza place just downstairs. There’s only one other apartment in the palazzo, so it was very tranquil. There’s some street noise but that should be expected from anywhere in the middle of town. We even had an issue with our key and she came to replace it immediately. The check in and out was extremely flexible and actually caused us to stay another night cause we were having so much fun at the beach! I would absolutely stay here again, for the ease and comfort of the place, but mostly for the lovely Corina!

Sono stata a Nettuno per un weekend di mare con due amici, anche se la casa era così confortevole da farci venire voglia di restare al fresco nel comodissimo salotto. Nonostante si trovi in una zona centrale e molto movimentata di sera, l'appartamento è perfettamente insonorizzato e abbiamo dormito sonni tranquilli. Arredamento e atmosfera curati nei dettagli, non avrei potuto immaginare una permanenza più confortevole. Il bagno è fornito di tuyte le amenities, ho molto apprezzato il phon professionale completo di diffusore, per niente scontato nelle case vacanze. La signora Laura, madre di Davide, ci ha accolti per un check in cordiale ed è restata a disposizione per tutto il weekend. Se avrò possibilità, tornerò con piacere!

Federica war sehr aufmerksam. Immer gut zu erreichen und antwortet schnell. Trotz Verspätung unsererseits war Checkin nach 22:00 Uhr möglich. Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern sehr schön und sauber. Grosse Dachterrasse die Morgens zum Frühstück und Abends zum verweilen einlädt.

Una casa accogliente e pulitissima dotata di tutto, comprese lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Vicinissima al mare, al borgo medievale e a tutti i negozi o ristoranti di cui si possa avere bisogno. Valentina è stata carinissima. Un'esperienza ottima

Alloggio delizioso, dotato di ogni comfort ( comprese tendine oscuranti per evitare la luce del mattino, e per quanto mi riguarda fondamentali ); molto pulito e spazioso, a 1 km dal centro e dal borgo medievale di Nettuno ( dove si trovano diversi ristoranti, localini e ogni tipo di servizio) e con due supermercati vicino ( uno a distanza di 230 m, l'altro a distanza di 400 m ). Assolutamente come da descrizione e foto. Il pezzo forte in assoluto è stato il giardino, che permette di godere della struttura anche all'esterno. Ciliegina sulla torta, si può mettere l'auto dentro la proprietà, senza quindi stress di sorta riguardo la ricerca di un parcheggio (che in ogni caso, si trova anche fuori casa, e facilmente). L'host è stato gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei di nuovo.

Host gentilissima e di una disponibilità unica, sempre pronta ad aiutare. La casa è semplicemente spettacolare: curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima e fornita di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno perfetto. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti dal mare, in una zona tranquilla e piacevole. Assolutamente consigliata!

What a fantastic place to stay. Walkable to beach and town. Pasquale went above and beyond to help us with the washing machine coming over at 7pm, what a champion! house had everything you need (including welcome wine & biscuits!). Would definitely stay again 100% 5 star!

Avevo bisogno di staccare e ricaricarmi e ho trovato il posto perfetto! Riccardo e Irene sono stati super gentili, tante informazioni utili e l'alloggio ha una vista incantevole. Casa curata dall'ambiente familiare. Si affaccia sul borgo antico e sul porto, sveglia vista mare, 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia libera e ancor meno dagli stabilimenti. Zona piena di servizi supermercato, ristorante, movida segale ma abitazione ben isolata dai rumori esterni. Consigliatissima!

Luogo confortevole e tranquillo. Ideale per evadere dallo stress del lavoro e della città. Consigliatissimo!!

Very nice place

Es war wirklich schön bei Licia. Wir hatten acht tolle Tage am Haus mit Pool und Whirlpool und dem riesigen Garten. Die Kinder und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Licia ist super freundlich und auch der Hausmeister ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Eine wirklich zu empfehlende Wohnung. Drei vollwertige Schlafzimmer, alle mit Zugang zum Balkon. Schönes Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestattete Küche. In acht Minuten ist man an der Bahnstation nach Rom. In fünf Minuten am Strand und in 10 Minuten in der Natur. Wer Rom erleben will, aber nicht dieses sehr touristische Umfeld mag, ist hier super aufgehoben. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

Äuserlich nicht besonders schön und in einer uninteresanten Vorstattlage aber , innen , sehr schön gestaltet . Tolles Zimmer . Super Frühstück! Empfehlenwert !
