House holiday rentals in Neptune Beach

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

The house is comfortable. 8 adults stayed here and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed the bar area and coffee bar. The pool was fun. We used the wagon and beach towels. Linens were nice and beds comfortable.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

This place was great. Our family enjoyed it. The pool was amazing and everything was clean. It actually restored our faith in renting Airbnb properties due to some previous bad experiences but this one was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable for all of us. The host was responsive and helpful and the surrounding area is nice. Only a short drive to the beach. Would come back for sure. Thank you for a great experience.

The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! We had a great time and will definitely be booking this rental again for future visits to Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

Her home was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and well maintained. Lots of little extras like beach chairs, pool toys, games and coffee. Hosts were responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place.

Host was very sweet and accommodating, gave us recommendations for kid friendly activities. Host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our family vacation. Will recommend for future vacations. Had a wonderful stay!

This was honestly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Alissa was absolutely wonderful and the place is absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t have felt more welcome, comfortable, at home, and peaceful. The decor is perfect. I wish my house was as pretty! Beds were all sooo comfy as was the couch. Lots of places to spend time and hang out. Very much enjoyed and highly recommend!

Everything about this location is absolutely awesome, the atmosphere was peaceful, the area was pretty convenient to Everything from restaurants to grocery stores. the place was absolutely beautiful, would definitely recommend to stay. For me and my family we have a 3 yr old & a 7 yr old that love to play, unfortunately keeping them rascals quite without the echos in the hallway were our only struggles... lol.. but from there we ABSOLUTELY LOVED this stay. We really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage. I was a little sad you had to pay extra to use the hot tub and grill because I somehow missed this in the listing. However, she explained why and I totally understand. The location was so convenient an easy walk to the beach and to several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Heather’s place! The house is exactly like the pictures and everything was squeaky clean. The backyard was our favorite feature and was a wonderful space for our dog! The location was also ideal - super close to bars, restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the coziness of the house and the convenience to the beach. We had all we needed and more than we expected while staying here. They had a beach bag prepared with beach towels and even had beach chairs and water boards for us to use. Our hosts were very friendly and made instructions and all things clear while we stayed the whole weekend! We’ll definitely be back and book them if we stay in Jax Beach again!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The property was just as pictured and described, everything we could need or want during our stay was there and available- fully stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs, bikes. Check in was seamless and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We travel to Jacksonville a lot and will certainly be back!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive and provided some good info and recommendations in the local area. The pool was great, the beds were comfortable, and the house was nicely decorated.

I have no words to describe how great I felt at Ryan’s house. The place is very cozy and has everything you need to feel even better than at home. The location is excellent—we went to the beach using the bikes available at the property, and it's also within walking distance. The house is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the sheets smelled amazing. Ryan answered my questions promptly and was always very attentive. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back.

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

This home is wonderful. The host thought of every detail with the amenities! It has everything you need for the week or the weekend. The porch and pool are spectacular and the view of the marsh is amazing! The rooms are so nicely laid out and give privacy as needed for a family. The linens are clean and fresh and the kitchen is so open and comfortable! Lots to do in the area and the beaches are beautiful! I would highly recommend this house!! We truly enjoyed it!!

My husband and I and our two children stayed at Ty’s for a week. When we arrived, the check in process was clearly written and was a smooth process. Ty even brought extra pool floats and games/puzzles for my kiddos which was very kind. There had been a storm the day before we got there so there was a lot of debris at the bottom of the pool. There were not many pool cleaning devices available so I reached out to him- unfortunately the pool cleaning company only comes on Tuesdays. He did provide me instruction on how to use the cleaner but I was not comfortable doing so so we just dealt with the debris. Otherwise, Ty was always promptly responsive. The house was fully equipped with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
