Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Amazing location within walking distance to St. John's river, restaurants & shops in San Marco square, and major hospitals. Everbank Stadium is 2 miles away.

This historic country general store, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is within easy walking distance to art galleries and cultural events, restaurants, bars, night life, and family-friendly activities. This cabin has a king bed in private bedroom and 2 single rollaways for additional guests. Furnished kitchen w/full size refrigerator. Screened porch, and bike path to Huguenot Park, a drive-on beach park 1+ miles.

Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
