Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Neptune Beach

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The property was just as pictured and described, everything we could need or want during our stay was there and available- fully stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs, bikes. Check in was seamless and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We travel to Jacksonville a lot and will certainly be back!

Phillip was an outstanding host, communication is key for me and he excelled at thay. My only issue is that the bed was firmer than I like but that didn't kill my stay or the vibe. A mattress topper would help make it more comfortable for those that have a preference when it comes to that.

My family and I stayed at Stephanie’s house for over a month and it was an incredibly comfortable stay. The location is super walkable to the Jax Beach pier, bars, restaurants and we especially loved walking our daughter to Gonzales Park which is newly redone with pickle ball court and huge playground. Everything is so close! Can’t say enough good things!

Great place for my parents’ visit … they loved the area and the property itself is great as well! Well equipped for their stay and Danielle is always easy to reach if you have any questions. Close to everything Fleming Island has to offer. Highly recommend!!

This location was wonderful for us as we were visiting our daughter nearby. Our host Chelsea was great and answered questions promptly and helped us with early check in. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were brand new. Loved the screened in porch & had a big jenga set and corn hole out back. Very easy to use the door lock. Loved the decor. High end look. Great experience overall!!

This was my first ever Airbnb I booked and it was amazing. I stay at the place for a week, the place was beautiful inside and outside. Everything we needed was already provided, utensils, laundry items, everything.

Great stay in jacksonville beach area. Half mile walk to the beach and the place was super clean and felt like home. The pool was a great part of the stay as well if you didn't feel like walking to the beach! We will definitely be back our next jacksonville stay!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

We had a great visit to Jacksonville and felt right at home here. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with great utensils, pots and pans, and even Tupperware if you choose to cook. It was a short walk to the beach but the pool was so relaxing we chose to relax poolside instead. We would highly recommend staying here!

Brooke was great to work with. My mom had surgery at Mayo and the house was exactly what we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for recovery for a few days. House is extremely clean and organized. The recliners were so great to have. The backyard is beautiful and very private. Enjoyed some time by the pool! Will definitely book again!

This home is wonderful. The host thought of every detail with the amenities! It has everything you need for the week or the weekend. The porch and pool are spectacular and the view of the marsh is amazing! The rooms are so nicely laid out and give privacy as needed for a family. The linens are clean and fresh and the kitchen is so open and comfortable! Lots to do in the area and the beaches are beautiful! I would highly recommend this house!! We truly enjoyed it!!

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

Cute, clean, good smelling apartment. The mattress on our bed was super comfortable, i slept like a baby. 5 min walk to the beach. Parking is under the apartments so our car was always cool. Leslie was always responding super fast. Only positive experience! Thank you Leslie!

5 minute walk to the beach?? Say less. This was an absolutely amazing place to spend the week welcoming our son home from an 8 month deployment. It was peaceful, relaxing, away from traffic. You can walk to several restaurants that are delicious and wonderful service. The beach is right there. Every thing was just as described. Loved the big oversized couch that made piling up and watching tv perfect. Will absolutely stay again when coming back to Jax.

Can't say enough about our host, Audrey. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Plus, the place was exactly what we wanted. It was just my wife and I, so we didn't need lots of room. This was perfect. Clean, great location, and the beach cruisers were an added bonus. We parked our car, and didn't get back in it until we left. We will definitely be back.

Second time staying here and hope to stay again! Great beach location. Private, fenced in backyard. Beautiful wood floors, well-equipped kitchen, lots of storage, outside shower has hot and cold water, and overall very nice house.
