Perfect! I was looking for a quiet place, outside the city. The villa is big and simple, with a large garden and a nice pool. Very quiet area, surrounded by nature. Eduardo (co host) was always available and answered any question. I had a perfect vacation and in only 45 minutes by car (sometimes even less according to traffic), you can reach Recife center or the beach, you can reach Olinda, and also only a couple hours drive from Joao Pessoa where I spent 2 days. In only 5 or 10 minutes you can reach a nice area with a mall with many restaurants and some supermarkets and groceries sotres with high quality food and products. I was alone, but the house can accomodate many people. Eduardo knew that I like to fish and he let me borrow his fishing rod (there are fishing lakes in the condominium). My 4 day stay at Aconchego Souza Maia was simply perfect! The atmosphere is extremely clean, cozy and carefully thought out for comfort. The swimming pool is a real spectacle, offering a breathtaking view that makes you feel in full harmony with nature. It is a quiet, quiet place, where it is possible to relax and disconnect from the routine. The host, Manuelle, was amazing: always cordial, receptive and attentive, responding promptly to messages and ensuring that everything was impeccable. An ideal getaway for those seeking comfort and beauty in one place. Can't wait to go back!

It was a great experience. Everything was perfect: view, cleanliness, location, communication with Amanda, house with all necessary utensils and more. The condominium has many leisure areas: a place for sport fishing, hiking trails, a stable where you can see several horses, ponds and parks with children's areas. A great diversity of wild animals. I would just add that, because it is a condominium, the fences are low type. So, if you're taking a pet that isn't used to being loose, you have to be more careful. But nothing to get in the way of the experience.

Excellent place. I am very satisfied and Patrícia was the best host I have ever experienced. Polite, helpful, extremely organized and always available to help. It was very worthwhile and an excellent choice. I recommend it.
