Passing to thank you for the opportunity to get to know the house. The structure is great, the pool area is super nice and the atmosphere in general is very welcoming. It was a positive experience and I certainly want to go back again.

The house is very good. Great family space. Everything was clean and organized. The host always passing useful information and left a wonderful treat of welcome. 😊 The house is near beach and stalls with excellent structure. I recommend and intend to return again times.

we love the experience. The anny always requests and responded quickly, gave us the instructions regarding the site and commerce in the vicinity if we needed it. The house exactly like the listing, clean and impeccable rooms and the place is wonderful, space, wooded, ideal pool, and Anny's parents were our hosts and noa received very well.. I went with my family and we all loved the place. The house is perfect, all new, all the house utensils available. Only praise for the site and for Mrs. Renata and Dona Denise that were a few loves and super attentive. We will definitely go back!

The big house was wonderful! It was for my daughter's birthday. Her friends and my family loved her house — they were comfortable and had a lot of fun. Patrícia and her husband helped me a lot. Thank you for everything! ✨💖🫶🏼

Perfect! I was looking for a quiet place, outside the city. The villa is big and simple, with a large garden and a nice pool. Very quiet area, surrounded by nature. Eduardo (co host) was always available and answered any question. I had a perfect vacation and in only 45 minutes by car (sometimes even less according to traffic), you can reach Recife center or the beach, you can reach Olinda, and also only a couple hours drive from Joao Pessoa where I spent 2 days. In only 5 or 10 minutes you can reach a nice area with a mall with many restaurants and some supermarkets and groceries sotres with high quality food and products. I was alone, but the house can accomodate many people. Eduardo knew that I like to fish and he let me borrow his fishing rod (there are fishing lakes in the condominium). I would definitely reccomend. Thank you again Eduardo and Mari

My 4 day stay at Aconchego Souza Maia was simply perfect! The atmosphere is extremely clean, cozy and carefully thought out for comfort. The swimming pool is a real spectacle, offering a breathtaking view that makes you feel in full harmony with nature. It is a quiet, quiet place, where it is possible to relax and disconnect from the routine. The host, Manuelle, was amazing: always cordial, receptive and attentive, responding promptly to messages and ensuring that everything was impeccable. An ideal getaway for those seeking comfort and beauty in one place. Can't wait to go back!
