House holiday rentals in Naushon island

This rental is exactly as described with accurate pictures. It was recently renovated with all new furnishings, new kitchen, appliances and baths. Our family enjoyed the brand new outdoor deck, picnic tables, gas grill, swing and s’mores by the fire pit. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. The kitchen had all supplies to make a large pasta meal. Our daughter ran the Falmouth Road race and so Sunday was a bit chaotic and the owner gave us flexibility to check out a bit later, which was a huge help!!. A wonderful family vacation!! Highly recommend.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

We had a wonderful stay here in New Seabury! The house is beautiful, spacious and just as described. The heated pool was an added bonus! Michael provided prompt and clear communication when needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great space for a group of people to hang out at for a weekend. Plenty to do in the area. Beds were comfortable. First Airbnb I have stayed at that had bidets installed in all of the bathrooms which was a nice perk

Galen and Clark were wonderful hosts. Galen was one of the friendliest and most responsive and accommodating hosts I've ever had with Airbnb and I've stayed at many. The house is in a beautiful setting with a gorgeous garden. It was wonderful to have a comfortable sitting area along with two lovely bedrooms for my visit there with an old friend. Also, very clean. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great visit!

We had such a great stay at Kerry and Nan's home! I had spoken to them in advance via messages regarding my concern for pet allergies since they do allow pets in the home. Upon arrival I was so very impressed at how squeaky clean the home was! My adult son and I have severe allergies to pets and we had none at all while staying in their home! The place itself is so cute and comfortable. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend so we could not take advantage of the yard, but we hope to stay here again one day and do so! The yard is just lovely. We had an issue with the climate control and Kerry and Nan were right on top of the issue and called me personally and even offered to come over if necessary to take care of the issue! We did manage over the phone, however, so it was not necessary. Their responsiveness is unmatched, quick to answer every message and speedy to fix the minor issue. We really hope to stay here again one day! Thank you, Kerry and Nan!

We have stayed at Brian’s place two years in a row, and it is by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed at. We love the amenities! Also, it is always incredibly clean and has super comfortable beds. Brian is incredibly responsive and accommodating, overall, an amazing host! We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back again!

We loved the location at the end of a little road so no through traffic (fresh eggs next door too). The pond is fun with lots of wildlife, sometimes we could hear the roosters next door. The sunsets are lovely from the home as well. Seating in the living room great and found it to be quiet when sleeping at night. The two bedrooms on the lower level both have heat pumps (for heat/cooling) we have always had great luck with (for temperature control in the bedrooms). Loved sitting on the back deck and having the resident geese wandering around. Lovely property!

We traveled with 4 couples who have know each other since HS, 40 years ago. It was a great home to relax and catch up. The house is lovely and we loved that we each had our full bath! I highly recommend this home and this location.

Lovely spot near end of a cul de sac, great water views and light. Joel was proactive and responsive in communication.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had a great time. The house and amenities were just as advertised, and the porch and backyard were the perfect spot to spend time together. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Andrew was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, professional, and he provided a great guide of local recs and house instructions. The location was great for exploring Woods Hole and Falmouth by car. I would recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Pam's place. The backyard is huge and the dock was a great place to watch the variety of birds that came by. Would definitely recommend!

The cottage was as beautiful as described. We needed to book very last minute and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will for sure be back, in season, when the weather will allow us to enjoy all the cottage has to offer! Stunning views!

enjoyed our stay so much! leah was awesome. great recommendations for local food and beach spots. the walk from the house to vineyard haven is really beautiful and so easy. also don’t sleep on aalias in oak bluffs. best food on the island.
