We enjoyed our stay at the lovely G’Ma’s guesthouse apartment. We travel from Texas to Iowa to visit family once a year and it’s always nice to have a welcoming, clean and comfortable home away from home after a long drive. The apt was super clean and had everything we needed.

What a wonderful place to stay in downtown Waverly Tim was the best host he gave me upfront information that was very helpful and checking in into his studio apartment. During the day, he stayed in communication with us to make sure everything was perfect and then he let us know what was expected of us before we left so it may check out super easy. We would definitely recommend his space and renting from him.

This place was incredible and fit our large family so well, and exceeded our expectations!There was lots of space and was well stocked with things to do from yard games, to pool table, Fooseball, to bikes and kayak’s and even had a pickle ball net! And the pool was a hit! The amenities were great! The view of the river was beautiful! We hope to come back next year. I would highly recommend this place to a large family.
