Beach house holiday rentals in Narragansett

Highly recommend Wendy's place! The location is amazing, and Wendy has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The space is artfully decorated with fun touches everywhere. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for our group to relax and spend time together. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and we also took advantage of the local recommendations to enjoy some fabulous restaurants. We especially appreciated all the high-quality beach gear - there were plenty of towels, chairs, bags, blankets, and coolers for us to use. We'd love to stay at Wendy's again!

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

Gorgeous view, great location, clean, comfortable, I can’t say enough good things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We day-tripped to Boston and spent a lot of time in Newport, but we also LOVED the small town of Wickford that was close by. Lots of good restaurants. But I can honestly say I would have been content to just hang around the house and use the hot tub and kayaks. The back patio is incredible and the view is breathtaking. Get up and watch the sunrise over the water. You’ll thank me later. The place was only surpassed by the incredible hostess. Kelly was ultra-responsive, her restaurant recommendations were great, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. Including borrowing her sister’s pack N play so we could have 2 since we had several young kids with us. She set us up with things we didn’t even think to ask for. You can tell she’s been a hostess for a while. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The house was very clean, with a beautiful, large, well stocked kitchen. The view was lovely and it was wonderful hanging out on the deck. The beds were very comfortable. The house would be a little more practical if one of the bedrooms had two beds, so more people could sleep in the actual bedrooms. The pull out beds were not as comfortable and the bed in the loft is only accessible with a ladder. However, for a small group or people who aren’t picky about their sleeping arrangements it is a fantastic place to stay. You can’t beat the view and proximity to the water!

Melanie’s house is the perfect vacation house. As soon as you walk in you will be impressed. Beautiful beach decor, clean and well stocked with pretty much anything and everything you could ever need. The view from the top floor balcony is unbelievable!!! We stayed with my in-laws and our older son with his girlfriend for our younger ones URI graduation weekend and we will never forget the 5 days we spent there. We hope to come back soon!!!

John was very responsive and cooperative. The location of John’s home is in a serene and amazing location; on a quiet cove that at overlooks Narragansett Bay.

A perfect hosting host! Booked Kate’s home for my mom’s 60th birthday girls’ trip and they had the absolute best time. Easily walkable to local spots and accessible to downtown Newport via car. Lots of spaces for reading, relaxing, and enjoying each-other’s company. Kate was easy to communicate with and helped make the weekend go off without a hitch! Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Shael is a wonderful host! Very responsive and friendly. The private pool is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed it! There were plenty of towels and even some inflatable pool toys in the backyard shed. The kitchen is stocked with every tool and gadget imaginable. Beds were very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Mystic at this great home. The pool was the biggest hit, but the kitchen/living room area was an amazing place for our group to gather for meals and games. Location is spectacular as you can just park at the house and walk to all the great restaurants the area has to offer and if you have kids, there’s a great playground just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Had booked a girls getaway at Tracy and Patrick’s place and it was perfect, even with gloomy weather! The house perfectly matches all pictures and descriptions and has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect relaxing and fun getaway! We even got a cute surprise visit from their furry friends which is always loved!! There are also shops and beaches a short drive away, we just didn’t happen to go visit because we were enjoying our cozy time at the home. Thank you again Tracy and Patrick:) we would totally recommend and want to come back!

Our family just had a wonderful time at Stacy and Mario‘s house. The house was immaculate, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The views were beautiful especially the sunsets. The hosts were extremely responsive and considerate

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

Kerrie and Mark were perfect hosts. Gorgeous location, walk to beach and house was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The dock was fun for the kids. Pond is very shallow and our young kids had a blast kayaking and paddle boarding. We can’t wait to book again next year.

We loved our stay at Mario’s place, the house was super clean the neighborhood was closer the beach and quiet. We love the area and being able to stay and spend time there with our family was such a blessing. Would definitely recommend.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sheri and Adam’s beautiful home. Although the weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of the kayaks and lovely outdoor sitting spaces, we found the home very comfortable. The location was great, and we enjoyed the local restaurants, a trip to Block Island, and both the Newport and Watch Hill areas. The beach is a short walk from the house. We would highly recommend this property.

Great stay. Beautiful water views. Literally a 20 second walk to the shoreline. Very obvious that Tony put a ton of work into the house. Totally remodeled - everything appeared brand new. IMMEDIATE response to a hot water issue which was resolved right away and with a late check out as compensation. Highly recommend. Great house. Great host.

This is a lovely, very comfortable place, close to everything yet tucked away and quiet. The home was clean, and the beds super comfy. The ceiling fans are more than adequate to keep the air cool, and the screened in porch is delightful. An easy drive to both the gorgeous beach and URI. This is an upstairs unit, and there are residents below, so if you have thundering toddlers, this might not be the place for you!

Very nice peaceful setting, enjoyed bike trail and the area is close to many interesting RI landmarks and restaurants. Dina was really great at responding to some initial questions.

A Perfect Getaway at Chri's Place! This home was absolutely amazing! Located right on the waterfront overlooking the salt pond, the views were peaceful and breathtaking. The house itself was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and stocked with plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and full of beautiful wildlife, making it the perfect relaxing retreat. The owner was incredibly easy to work with and clearly takes great pride in the property. This has been, by far, my favorite Airbnb stay to date, and we fully plan to make this a yearly tradition!
