Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nardò

We stayed in Mary’s home for 3 weeks. It may be our favorite vacation rental ever! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals….there’s even a wood burning fireplace in the kitchen (with wood provided)! Her artistic personality shows throughout; the restoration, her taste in decorating, the artwork on every wall. We had lunches on the beautiful rooftop terrace most days ( stairs are steep, of course…it’s on the roof). Check in was simple and Mary responded to questions quickly. Nardo is a beautiful quiet town, with great restaurants serving Salento cuisine. We were sad to leave, but maybe we’ll be back! Thank you, Mary, for sharing your home. Judith and Stephen

We really enjoyed our stay at Massimo’s place! It was charming and the spiral staircase and caved bedroom were so unique! The ceilings above the staircase were very low, so our 6’3” guest stayed on the main level to avoid bumping their head. We also had some trouble making sure the air conditioning worked, but Massimo was incredibly responsive and helpful. I’d gladly stay in Massimo’s home again - and spend more time on the roof deck!

Massimo's apartment was absolutely great. It was a very authentic place in the historic, quiet quarter. Very well equipped and clean. The communication was without any problems, Massimo was very helpful. I definitely recommend whether for a long or short stay.

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. It was amazing to visit Vincenzo’s flat! They are supernice, and the atmosphere was sooo good! They made dinner courses(it needs to pay), and highly reccomend to experience! It’s better than other ristorante ever! I hope to visit here again :)

* Best location in Gallipoli! - right across the street from the main beach, and right in old town. * Responsive host - even though you can't drive or park in old town; Stefania made check in super easy. She was waiting for us when we arrived, and helped us bring in our luggage while one person waited with the car. Then she drove with us to the parking lot where she had saved us a parking spot with her car. So easy! * Beautiful apartment in old neighborhood; I believe it's her family home; gorgeous touches throughout * Gorgeous patio - though note that there is only shade for a few hours in the afternoon; for much of the morning and late afternoon it is sunny and HOT on the main patio (with beach views) * FYI on layout: entry level is 3 BR/BA en suite; up narrow spiral staircase is second level with small kitchen, dining room, and one patio; up outdoor staircase is the patio with beach views. Need to be comfortable with stairs. Highly recommend!

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Beautiful apartment! Large and spacious. In the original climate ♥️ There's a small issue with the parking lot. Free parking lots are located on the streets around, but it was difficult for us to find a free place :-(

Beautiful house, very nice, in a pretty and pleasant immediate neighborhood. There's everything you need in the house... it was very good.

Patrizia’s apartment was somehow even more beautiful than the photos—thoughtfully designed, bright, and incredibly comfortable. We stayed here with our 21-month-old daughter, my mother, and cousin while in Lecce for a family wedding, and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Street parking was mostly easy to find, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of Lecce’s historic center, great restaurants, a playground, and a grocery store. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Patrizia made it so much easier. She had a great pack-and-play set up with linens, some toys for our daughter to enjoy, and even welcomed her with a little stuffed animal—now a new favorite. The private patio was another highlight—a lovely spot for breakfast and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

Had a great time in this Airbnb, very clean, extremely spacious and had everything we needed. There are two lovely beaches near the apartment as well as a good supermarket. Only downside is the distance to Gallipoli old town but we had a car and found parking no problem

We had a wonderful time at Barbara’s house. It’s beautifully restored and tastefully decorated. We loved watching the swifts on the terrace in the evening. It is a magical place for those who love nature, and the beauty of the view is priceless. You have to use the car to reach beaches and services, but I would have stayed there the whole summer. Nothing was missing, super-equipped kitchen and many unexpected goods: salt and condiments, including spices, capers, coffee, sugar and good extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, etc... Comfortable beds, comfortable bathrooms, in a huge porch (we were in the large apartment) a very comfortable barbecue, air conditioning, the sky and the sea all around, the stone, the flowering myrtle, the outdoor shower, washing machines, deckchairs, in short, nothing was missing. A truly beautiful place for those who love silence and tranquility. You need a car to go to the beach, on foot you can reach the Litoranea road and the cliff, but it's worth it.

This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Nardò The building is centrally located in the city center of Nardò - shopping and everything you need for your daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is located in the attic and is very well maintained and clean. The spacious roof terrace is particularly impressive, where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. We were warmly received by Benedetta and her dear daughter and immediately felt welcome. Benedetta is a fantastic host – always available, helpful and full of good recommendations for excursions, restaurants and beaches in the area. The location of the accommodation is ideal for quickly reaching the fantastic beaches of Salento and the sights of the region. We can recommend the B&B without reservation and are already looking forward to our next stay🇮🇹❤️

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

Our experience at Elizabeth's apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Communication with her was seamless; she was always quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Elizabeth went above and beyond, providing detailed instructions for our late check-in and sharing wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse! The views are absolutely stunning. You can see the sea from every angle, and the sunsets were truly unforgettable. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the historic city center. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

We have been travelling to Italy for years - and this is one of the greatest apartments we have ever stayed in. Unlike in many other flats, everything in Ulrike’s place is exceptional: the design which is vintage yet timeless, spotless standard of hygiene and little things that make you feel welcomed. Ulrike prepared small welcome and goodbye gifts and was ready to answer all of our questions. The view from the apartment is wonderful and gives you an opportunity to rest from the sun. The flat is located in the very heart of Nardo: the town is lively and wonderful, yet the apartment is very quiet. It is also sunny and spacious, we will definitely return! ❤

I think I didn’t look at all the pics on the listing so when I went in I was pleasantly surprised by all of what was available. Wonderful spaces. Beautifully decorated and a view to kill for! They had a wonderful welcome gift and Alessia was super communicative. The keys took a bit of getting used to but once I did it was perfect. Also the color of the door looks darker in the pic than in real life so I passed it at first. I would stay here again and again!

Amazing spacious roof top apartment…you will never tire of the view. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very central to all the historical centre of Lecce has to offer but peaceful/quiet. Fausto is a great host. Fabulous 5 night stay💚🤍❤️
