Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Apulia

Luigi’s place was wonderful. We greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen that included bottled water, yogurts, cookies, and many other goodies to enjoy. The location is great. Very close to the center of the action but far enough to be super peaceful. Note, there are steep stairs particularly to the second bedroom. We didn’t have any problem with it but it’s not for everyone. If we are back in Ostuni, I’d love to stay back at this home.

Wim’s place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a family vacation. It was nice to be away from people and to finally relax. Stefania was kind, helpful, and personable. The home offered what we all needed. We cooked the majority of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Wim was proactive, and provided a complete guide to all things Puglia. Unplugged and unwinding is the way of life in Serranova.

Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

This was such a perfect location! Georgia was so helpful with parking recommendations, and made check-in and check-out very easy. Highly recommend this stay!

Well where to start. Francesco is a great host, very patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. His personal generosity went a long way to help make our stay in Matera memorable. It was hot and staying in a cave and a luxury one at that provided both respite and comfort. It was an experience we will remember for a long time. The terrace is a massive bonus, great place to sit, have breakfast or chill with glass of wine. There is always a part of the terrace in shade. Thank you very much Francesco.

We had a great 5 days exploring the area by car. Ersilia was very responsive and gave good recommendations. The accommodation had everything we needed, with a beautiful pool and garden area. Thank you!

A fabulous apartment. The roof terrace e was huge, nestled in the rooftops with views of the sea. We could have spent our entire trip there. There was an additional terrace so plenty of space. Marco went out of his way to offer advice, book a restaurant for our first night and offer sunbeds at a local Lido (GBeach). I could not recommend more highly. Hope to return in the future 😊👍

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Giuseppe is a great host, went above and beyond to accommodate us, on our morning of departure he made sure he was there to greet us off just as he did when we checked in, also Antonio from the ceramic shop had made us a souvenir that took 2 days to make but wasn't sure we would get it in time of our departure, Giuseppe was at our door step the early morning of our departure day with souvenir in hand, Above and beyond a true superhost, we hadn't left Italy yet and my wife and I are already planning our next trip back in the very near future. His excursion to pasteum was very well articulated and very knowledgeable. Again 5+ stars...

This was an amazing spot. It’s small but mighty (has everything you need and everything is smartly organized), and the location is unbeatable - with the balcony overlooking the sea and right above the restaurant at the Hotel Grotta Palazzese, there’s nothing like it. My husband and I stayed here for one week of our honeymoon and it was everything we hoped for. Marialessandra was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The only downsides: I didn’t realize til the day of check-in that there was a restriction of check-in between 4 and 7pm, which seems a bit unreasonable considering how unpredictable travel can be, but it ended up not being an issue and she was accommodating about it. The other downside is the small amount of hot water in the shower - we only ran out 1-2 times in our weeklong stay but you do have to take very short showers (only a few minutes each) for 2 people to both take a shower and have hot water right after one another. It wasn’t a big deal, and still so worth it!!

EXCEPTIONAL EXCEPTIONAL EXCEPTIONAL The accommodation is beautiful, clean, well decorated, very classy, very high quality. It is a stone's throw from the Sassis and all the entertainment. It is quiet, and you can even hear the croaking of frogs at the bottom of the valley. The terrace is BEAUTIFUL, the view of Matera is EXCEPTIONAL and EVEN MORE AT NIGHT!!! No need to go to a rooftop bar. The best thing is to have an aperitif directly from Imma's terrace... the view is breathtaking. We were greeted by Imma's husband and adorable daughter who explained everything to us and who even kept a free parking space for us less than 100m from the accommodation. Stay AT LEAST 2 nights to enjoy Matera at night and to hike in front of Matera via the monkey bridge Thank you to Imma and her family And to all travelers: GO to Imma's, it's where you have to be in Matera because once again the accommodation is INCREDIBLE

A beautifully curated apartment in the heart of Taranto’s old town. I would recommend the apartment to anyone that wants to stay in Taranto. Marco was the perfect host! He even drove us to the bus station when we left.

Perfect location right in the heart of the old city and incredible views of the sea from the terrace. Best sunsets! Amazing restaurants within 1 minute walk. Directly above the beach, 1 minute walk down to the beach. The terrace is spacious and even has an outdoor shower! The apartment itself is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. Some street noise at night but never an issue for us. Parking was a bit far (10-15 min walk, but those are the city rule). Very communicative, kind and helpful host. We really loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

A magical place, in the true heart of Polignano, close to everything to do everything, embedded in the stone as per tradition, with a large terrace that is truly livable to crown a dream. Mariella is a wonderful person with a rare availability, we will return very soon and we will recommend it to anyone

Stefano’s airbnb is the best airbnb we have stayed in. We were able to drop our bags before check in. The bottle of wine was great. We enjoyed the roof top terrace and watched the fireworks from the terrace. He was helpful in finding us a taxi too. I highly recommend

We very much enjoyed the stay in Mikaela's beautiful accommodation. This is very centrally located in the small old town of Nardò and is surrounded by many restaurants. A real highlight is of course the roof terrace, where you can the hustle and bustle and could enjoy the afternoon or evening:) Mikaela is very proactive and always quick to reach and was able to provide us with tips for the area. We will be happy to come back:)

Great place to stay, 7-10 minutes walk to the centre and easy parking. Three flights of stairs as apartment at the top, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Overall great stay and would recommend.

I had a wonderful month in Lecce, a great deal attributes to the fact that I was staying at Fausto’s apartment. I think we’ve got the best view in the city. I really like this apartment a lot. It has every good quality that’s been mentioned in the previous reviews, and more. I also wanted to thank Fausto for his prompt responses and assistance. I had some knee issues and required assistance to get me to the train station and to the right platform the day I left and Fausto did not hesitate to help. For that he has my gratitude and thanks. I hope to return to Lecce and this beautiful apartment again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ninni and Rossella's place. It was our first time in Bari but we quickly realised the location was incredibly good - you're in the modern part of town but only a few minutes walk from the centro storico, the station is barely 10 mins away for day trips (of which there are lots of good options from Bari), and you can even walk to the beach. Our hosts were very responsive and gave us some great recommendations for food and bars. It's such a lovely apartment as well, wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

We had the most special time at Francesco’s property in Torre Ovo and 3 nights certainly wasn’t enough in the end! We had a seamless check in with Mariavita, who was very kind to show us around. The property is beautifully designed and has a fantastic modern beachside aesthetic. It is right on the water with a crystal clear private beach, sun-beds and kayaks/paddle boards available for use. We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Additionally, Francesco and Mariavita did a private sunset wine tasting on the roof for us for his family winery - Vigneti Calitro, which was amazing. Not to mention we received a free bottle of wine on arrival! They have thought of everything, and made our holiday really memorable. We are already dreaming of visiting again sometime in the future.

The pictures on Airbnb are hardly able to accurately describe the apartment. The apartment is even more magnificent in real life. The apartment is spacious and very impressive. The huge roof terrace is a highlight. The living rooms and bedrooms are good and furnished with lots of cupboards and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable appliances. Nothing is missing. We have already had many good apartments. This apartment surpasses all and is absolutely top class. The host is extremely helpful. He kept asking if everything was okay. He made suggestions for activities and excursions as well as for the gastronomy. He was always approachable and responded to inquiries within a very short time. The apartment and the host are recommended without restrictions.
