Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nardò

We stayed in Mary’s home for 3 weeks. It may be our favorite vacation rental ever! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals….there’s even a wood burning fireplace in the kitchen (with wood provided)! Her artistic personality shows throughout; the restoration, her taste in decorating, the artwork on every wall. We had lunches on the beautiful rooftop terrace most days ( stairs are steep, of course…it’s on the roof). Check in was simple and Mary responded to questions quickly. Nardo is a beautiful quiet town, with great restaurants serving Salento cuisine. We were sad to leave, but maybe we’ll be back! Thank you, Mary, for sharing your home. Judith and Stephen

Beautiful home! Quiet, with ample free parking immediately outside. Host was super responsive and friendly. Very smooth stay in a central location for exploring Puglia.

Massimo's apartment was absolutely great. It was a very authentic place in the historic, quiet quarter. Very well equipped and clean. The communication was without any problems, Massimo was very helpful. I definitely recommend whether for a long or short stay.

The house is very well located in the historic center of Matino. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is very well equipped and you feel very good there. The terrace is super nice. And Chloe is always available. We had a lovely stay.

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

Nice, spacious house on a busy road. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Car parking at the door on the street, city center within walking distance. Hosts were super responsive and had all kinds of tips for restaurants, etc.

Giammarco's place is in a strategic location, very convenient. A spacious house and suitable for those looking for a vacation with lots of sea. Giammarco was available and gave us advice on the surrounding areas

A beautiful apartment with unique 360 rooftop views in the truly glorious Gallipoli! The roof terraces are the star of the show and we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches on one, sunbathing on loungers and drinking morning coffees and sunset drinks on the top one - spectacular and incredibly peaceful! The master bedroom was very comfortable and the main bathroom was great, too. The kitchen was really well set-up. Close to everything you could want in Gallipoli! Marta and Tiziana were very responsive. If I had to flag one thing, it would be that because it isn't a self-check-in apartment, there is an extra charge for checking in after 8pm. Our arrival time was dictated by flights that changed after we had booked them, so this was out of our control. I appreciate that the apartment is run by a property business and you may need to pay staff to be available out of hours, but it's worth factoring this into your budget if you know you will arrive late. Still an exceptional experience!

A fabulous apartment. The roof terrace e was huge, nestled in the rooftops with views of the sea. We could have spent our entire trip there. There was an additional terrace so plenty of space. Marco went out of his way to offer advice, book a restaurant for our first night and offer sunbeds at a local Lido (GBeach). I could not recommend more highly. Hope to return in the future 😊👍

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Cristina’s place was perfect for our stay. She was very responsive and gave great instructions. We felt safe in the quaint town at her Airbnb. If we come to the area, we will stay here again.

Perfect location right in the heart of the old city and incredible views of the sea from the terrace. Best sunsets! Amazing restaurants within 1 minute walk. Directly above the beach, 1 minute walk down to the beach. The terrace is spacious and even has an outdoor shower! The apartment itself is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. Some street noise at night but never an issue for us. Parking was a bit far (10-15 min walk, but those are the city rule). Very communicative, kind and helpful host. We really loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

For those in need of relaxation, it's the place. The apartment overlooks the spectacular sea of Santa Maria al Bagno. The location is really great, closer to the sea you couldn't ask for more. Irma is very available for any request. Highly recommended

This is truly one of our best properties ever! It is monumental, beautiful, clean, spacious and in the middle of the Puglia feeling. Beaches are close, Gallipoli is nice to go, 15-20 min by car. Wonderful to Martinucci. Paola was there to welcome us, really very sweet and she gave us tips up to and including! Really we really felt at home. Wish we had booked for longer. We'd love to come back here. Thank you for everything!

I had the pleasure of staying in a magnificent apartment, managed by a Valeria that was exceptional. The apartment is tastefully furnished. Valeria was extraordinarily kind and helpful. Not only did he greet us warmly, but he also provided great tips on local restaurants and attractions to visit, making our experience even more memorable. We also ended up at the sea with her husband, very kind and friendly🥰 I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-kept stay, with the addition of impeccable hospitality. This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

Best experience ever with Airbnb! The house looks even better than it looks in the photos, simply perfect: new and quality appliances, mosquito nets in every window, huge terrace, every type of kitchen utensil imaginable, food scale etc. But Carlo is the highlight of the house! Amazing host, NEVER gave bad advice: restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, bars, experiences etc. He made us discover some incredible gems. He is also always available, with quick responses and audio messages as if they were sent by a friend. I'm usually a very private person on vacation and never seek contact with hosts, but it was really a pleasure with him. I can't wait to see him again!

We had a great experience at Villa Regina and loved the apartment as well as the swimming pool. Great host and quick to accommodate any of our requests. 10 minutes away from downtown Gallipoli and withing walking distance from a groceries shop. Highly recommended.

Our experience at Elizabeth's apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Communication with her was seamless; she was always quick to assist and answer any questions we had. Elizabeth went above and beyond, providing detailed instructions for our late check-in and sharing wonderful recommendations for nearby restaurants. The apartment was spotless, and we especially enjoyed the balconies with their stunning views. We have been travelling to Italy for years - and this is one of the greatest apartments we have ever stayed in. Unlike in many other flats, everything in Ulrike’s place is exceptional: the design which is vintage yet timeless, spotless standard of hygiene and little things that make you feel welcomed. Ulrike prepared small welcome and goodbye gifts and was ready to answer all of our questions. The view from the apartment is wonderful and gives you an opportunity to rest from the sun. The flat is located in the very heart of Nardo: the town is lively and wonderful, yet the apartment is very quiet. It is also sunny and spacious, we will definitely return! ❤

I had a wonderful month in Lecce, a great deal attributes to the fact that I was staying at Fausto’s apartment. I think we’ve got the best view in the city. I really like this apartment a lot. It has every good quality that’s been mentioned in the previous reviews, and more. I also wanted to thank Fausto for his prompt responses and assistance. I had some knee issues and required assistance to get me to the train station and to the right platform the day I left and Fausto did not hesitate to help. For that he has my gratitude and thanks. I hope to return to Lecce and this beautiful apartment again in the future.
