Monthly Rentals in Nämdö

This place is such a great escape from the busy traffic and tempo in Stockholm. We came for a weekend (Friday afternoon-sunday afternoon) and could easily have stayed longer. The island is quite, and the surroundings around the house is so peaceful and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the sauna, wood chopping, barbecue, and just sitting quietly by the fireplace reading/watching movies. We got there by Uber + taxi boat from Stavsnäs vinterhamn, which was smooth and convenient. Already looking forward to come back to Skärvassa!!

We spent two very relaxing days at the cabin. The cabin is very comfortable, and close two hiking paths. Communication with Ingela was easy, and so was the way to the cabin from the bus stop. A great option for a break in nature close to Stockholm.

A wonderful archipelago stay where the accommodation offered everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the large terrace and how clean everything was. The host was easy to communicate with and we were well received upon arrival. A great place to stay!

An incredible stay on every front! This villa has been beautifully designed to maximize archipelago views from nearly every room, boasting also glorious sunsets, and a private location. At the same time, Dalarö is ~15 min boat ride away with a lovely bakery, Coop (grocery store), and a fully stocked, fantastic fruit/produce stand for all your food shopping needs. Our mornings began with coffee on the adirondack chairs on the dock and ended with memorable meals on the outdoor terrace, all with the peaceful company of nature’s sounds - whether birds chirping or water gently lapping. Speaking of water- clear beautiful water with stand up paddle boards at our disposal. With the beautiful archipleago, sea-facing sauna, and gym equipment - this villa has it all. The interiors are spacious, with high ceilings, light-filled, and airy. The hosts were kind as can be and impressively responsive. We would 100% return.
