Beach house holiday rentals in Nags Head

We all felt very at home, the house is gorgeous and the beach is right there. We each had our own room and bathroom. Carrie was always quick to respond to our questions. We definitely want to go back there if possible next year and use her house again. None of us wanted to leave. We even saw dolphins from her deck, it was amazing. Thank you Carrie for everything!!!

Our stay at Eric's exceeded expectations. Truly a beautiful house, spotlessly clean, well appointed. Eric was a great communicator from the time I made my reservation to the time I left the house, quickly answering all questions, giving recommendations and dealing with a small problem we had promptly. I would say that this house is one of the rare places on Airb&b that looks *better* than the pictures. Thank you so much!

Wonderful place and very pet friendly. The location of the house on a beach access point/path was such an important benefit that I had not realized when booking the house (I did not know that there were specific beach access points and if you were not on a beach path, you had to walk to one and then head east to get to the beach) The beach cart and all of the beach accessories were terrific (shibuni, chairs, towels, cooler, beach mat, toys, bikes ect.) no need to pack/bring anything for the beach with you! Thanks for a great stay!

Laurie was an excellent host! She was very helpful and the place was “as advertised”. For some reason the interior of the place brought back memories of a house on a Greek island (where I grew up). Certainly a place I will look for again when I am at OBX. ps There is a great collection of books and games to keep kids (and adults) occupied!

This home certainly makes for a relaxing vacation, as you have direct walk-out access to the beach; it feels warm and welcoming, everything you need to unwind and simply enjoy the sea and sand. Ideal location. We would definitely stay again.

Cynthia was very accommodating and a pleasure to speak to. Her home was very welcoming. This was my first Airbnb experience and I’m happy I chose Cynthia to do that with. Will be back next year.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at The Salty Shoebox, they had upgraded the sofas, put in new flooring, and a new granite countertop in the kitchen. Travis was very good, as we had a couple requests while we were there, the requests were taken care of promptly. The location was great, right on the beach.

We loved that we were able to walk to the beach and to the bay. Also loved the beach parking pass to give us the option to drive to the beach. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards and bicycles and all of them were fantastic! Very comfortable house, felt right at home there. Perfect house for a family to use. Also very helpful that Target, Publix and tons of restaurants were very close.

This was such a wonderful experience! The house was beautiful and spacious, and the host is so generous and thoughtful 😊 so thankful for all accommodations and a very helpful/resourceful host. Ditto to what everyone else has said, this place is absolutely incredible! SO close to the beach and in a new development this quiet and boho chic townhouse was exactly what we needed for a beach getaway. The beds are so comfortable and the house is clean and exactly as pictured and described. A definite place for a family to stay to enjoy the OBX!

Overall, this was a great vacation spot. Hosts were great! House was great! We had a small inconvenience with three people coming the first day to service different parts of the house, but once addressed the host’s accommodated our requests well. Location is nice!

Great place to stay, location was a perfect balance of quiet privacy while being close to all shops and attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Our family felt at home right away. The pool was the perfect size for sitting and relaxing after a day at the beach. We will definitely be back.

Our family had a great vacation. The house was beautiful with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us!! The house is private but very close to the beach, dunes, restaurants and shops. Would definitely love to visit again!

The house was in a great area, really close to the beach and really spacious. Our hosts were really kind and responsive to anything we needed. I would definitely come back and stay.

Brittany was an excellent host who responded as soon as possible to any inquires or requests for accommodations. The house was perfect and absolutely stunning. With having a two year old with my family, there were toys there ready to play which made it even better! The view was spectacular and the hot tub was equally amazing. We had some car trouble during when packing our car during check out which made us late for check out time unfortunately and she was very friendly and understanding. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. No complaints at all! Definitely can’t wait to stay again (when the two year old isn’t teething and going through sleep regression lol). 10/10 highly recommend!

The place was pristine, one of the cleanest Air B&B’s I’ve ever stayed in. Pictures are exactly like the listing. Fully stocked kitchen and appliances. 1/2 mile from the beach which was easily accessible with easy parking. You could walk/ride bikes, but we have small kids so we drove. Close to shopping and multiple restaurants. Monika was very responsive to anything we needed in a timely fashion and offered awesome recommendations for local spots/restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting OBX!

We had a wonderful stay at Swimming and Boating over Memorial Day weekend! The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach with beautiful views. Debbie, was fantastic—she communicated clearly and thoughtfully throughout our stay, and even left us an amazing bottle of wine, which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Jane was a wonderful host. She was very responsive. The home was wonderful! It was very clean and well described. The little extra touches were definitely appreciated. There was a binder about the house, expectations, recommendations etc so we never questioned what we needed to do. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Beautiful, immaculate home! Very high end aesthetic, furniture, fixtures, dish-ware. The location has something to offer for all. The beach was a fairly short walk. The house came equipped with beach chairs, an umbrella, and a buggy to tote your items. I couldn’t have asked for a better environment. It’s a great house for a small group. I actually visited solo with my puppy and enjoyed having all the space.

The absolute perfect location. Centrally located and close to all great things OBX! The apartment was pristine with updated decor and stocked with lots of extras such as coolers, bikes, beach chairs etc. Great experience!!

Where do I begin, EVERYTHING was as stated in the overview of the home. Gia is an exceptional host as she is very responsive and engaged with her guest. She was actively communicating from the time we booked and even after we departed. She would even take the time to share in real time events that were taking place in the surrounding area. Far as the home and the location, it is immaculate with magnificent views that you are able to capture from many angles. You are also located near many restaurants, beaches, and family activities. Stay here, you won't be disappointed......
